I'm giving this location high marks for its employees who all were polite and worked to get the larger line moving quickly. My... concern with Starbucks is that all I ever order is a pike place, black, but it tastes different from one location to the next. This time, I was certain I got the wrong drink even though I watched the guy go up to the appropriately labeled machine and pourmy drink. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited in the store for 30 minutes for an iced coffee. Never again ordering at a Starbucks

The staff was very friendly, but the drinks were amazing. We go to plenty of Starbucks?s but we get the same thing every time -... tall vanilla bean frappuccino and venti strawberry açaí lemonade w/o strawberries. We don?t like to mess with custom ordersmuch since these drinks are hard enough to make, so if you can make them well under those circumstances it?s more than goodenough for us! If something tastes even slightly off, my girlfriend will notice. She said this was the best she?s had in a longtime. Read more

I get the same drink all the time, this is supposed to be 4 shots of espresso(Iced shaken brown sugar oat milk) it?s typically... dark and has a strong taste. This location constantly has issues, just drive to a different one unless you enjoy watered downcoffee. This is after I asked for it to be remade. Worst Starbucks in Pittsburgh anymore, used to be a good store. Read more

Explain how it takes someone 24 minutes to make a frozen breakfast sandwich? It?s pathetic. They have 2 managers sitting on... their computers, 2 people operating the drive thru, 3 people making drinks and one person on register, so they?re definitely notunderstaffed. Oh, and don?t expect anyone who works there to acknowledge your presence. Read more

The customer service here is always friendly. My kids love the cake pops and definitely enjoy the Frappuccinos. I went through... the drive thru which is busy often but they move the line rather quickly. Read more

I just ordered a non-fat latte, brought it home, ate dinner, and started to pour it into a mug to reheat. 100% milk. I know... people make mistakes....absolutely not a problem. However, when I called to report the error, knowing I would receive a freeone in compensation, the guy who answered the phone said in a gentle voice, "A latte IS mostly milk." Seriously. I ordered one(having had hundreds) without knowing that? The first words out of his mouth should have been, "I'm sorry to hear that andwe'll certainly make it right." Not mansplaining a latte. It was condescending and yes, I got a bit snippy. I explained that Iknow what a latte is and this one is 100% milk/0% espresso. First rule of customer service is to not question the customer. And certainly do not talk down to the customer. Read more
