So I completely get being busy. I'm a hostess at a restaurant myself. But even as a hostess and when busy I'm still as kind as... I can be to everyone who comes in. The hostess didn't greet us, she was quite rude in my opinion. She saw it was just us two andleft to talk to a waitress whom did take us. I put 2 stars because 1 for the host. For the waitress I'm also leaving one starbecause she took our order for everything pretty quickly which was nice but she would come out of the kitchen and check on eachof her other tables aside from us. We didn't get our drinks until after we got our appetizer which we also got maybe 3 minutesbefore our meals came. It felt like a hassle to actually get a refill on our drinks as she said she'd bring us them out. Shedidn't. We waited another maybe 10-15 minutes and she came back and she realized we never got our drinks and left again. Thensomeone else after another 15 or so minutes brought them out. She then maybe two minutes later brought out drinks again and saidshe'd get us take out cups for them. Great server and food was good! They are noted for their endless seasoned steak fries. To our disappointment, the supplier... didn't come thru with the goods! We got regular fries, they weren't seasoned, and may have been the bottom of the bag! Mostlypieces! The burgers were cooked to perfection, tender, with good flavor. Overall good experience! *THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HOSTESS STAND ONLY* Food was good like always, waitress was super nice, however, the hostess was... extremely rude. We called to ask the wait time where she told us with attitude ?we are very busy but we don?t have a wait time?.We didn?t think much of it and we let it go. We got there and we asked for a booth for two, it wasn?t busy at all for a Saturdaynight by the way. She took us to one of the small booths where we didn?t have much room. We kindly asked to be seated at abigger booth since we saw another couple sitting at one and there were many open. She then proceeded to tell me that she?strying to keep those open for bigger parties because they?re busy (which they were not). I kindly told her that we just wantedone with some more room. She immediately sighed, rolled her eyes, and took us to a table and threw our menus on the table andwalked away. We were there for about an hour and the store did not get any busier (it was late at night). Overall just a veryrude hostess. I understand working in the restaurant industry can be frustrating, because I too have worked in the customerservice industry, however, it?s never ok to be blatantly rude to people when we were being very kind. Really good burgers and drinks. Fries are always hot and tasty and love that you can keep ordering refills and more fries for... free. Drinks are always really good whether you want a nonalcoholic or alcoholic. My favorite appetizer is the fried picklenickels. Campfire sauce is the best for dipping fries in. This location gets pretty busy so service may be a little slow attimes but all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Read more

We just ordered lunch to go from South Hills Red Robin and from the first minute to finishing the last fries everything was... absolutely delicious & perfect. We called to order and the lady that took our order couldn?t have been any nicer if she triedand she got the order 100% correct. The food was on time as I had a particular time I was picking it up, the food was amazing,the burgers were cooked perfect and all the sides were perfect. The fries were not greasy but they were tender, crispy at thesame time. I know this is just hamburgers and fries but when people exceed your expectations on something you may considersimple in my opinion I think that?s fantastic. We ordered gourmet hamburgers (Monster burger & Black & Blue burger) which Iabsolutely without a doubt recommend. I was also given a $7 discount due to my points which if you don?t sign up for theirrewards, make sure you do it because you can get free sides and other free stuff just for being a customer! The picture you seebelow is what?s left of the Black & Bleu burger. Unfortunately, mine was gone before I remembered to do a review. Lol, but itwas incredible!! I hope this helps you make a decision on your next meal. Also, I honestly have never had bad service or a badexperience there in all the years we?ve been going there. I didn?t talk about price because I think their prices are very fairfor what you get. It was about $22 for our food before tip and it was take out but I still believe you should tip either way. June 2021 Update: Stopped in for lunch as we were running all kinds of errands in the neighborhood. A lot of staff was hanging... around and the place was not too busy - which was kind of surprising given that the mall location this is in waspacked. Ordered the Avo-Cobbo Salad and their special Bacon Jam Burger. The salad was actually quite nice, but we did have tohunt around until we found the quarter of avocado (Note that I took the picture AFTER we found it and re-arranged the goodies).The burger was tasty - I could have used a smaller patty, and bacon that was not so limp - you can see it in the picture... Butit was definitely tasty. Oh yes, they still have their endless fries ... and they do not salt them when they show up at yourtable. So, a three star place, remains a three star place. The waitress we had came with a better attitude, but the two runnerswho brought us the drinks and food could have been replaced by robots... 2017 - All kinds of burgers, sandwiches, and otherstuff.
