Bethel Park Mm Mm pizza has been holding down my family since 06. This place has everything you could want. It?s fast, it?s... cheap, and it?s hot when it gets to ur door. Pizza is always on point, same with their calazone. Their wings are also ???? -which is hard to do on delivery cuz they sit for a while in the sauce but these are still crispy and dank. Ordered two 9 inch Pittsburgh Italian hoagies. Very little meat and no cheese on the sub. Soggy French fries on sub and bread... looked like it was not baked. We ended up throwing the food in the trash. Called and spoke with manager, no apology or can weget you something else. Got half of refund. Never ever will we order for MM Pizza again. Read more
I do like their pizza which is the only reason they get two stars instead of 0. The outrageous delivery fee completely... overshadows how good the pizza is. $3.50 was tacked on as a "delivery fee" and was not disclosed until the order had alreadybeen submitted and payment on a card had been given. Then we're supposed to tip?! I was aware of a $2.50 delivery fee from priororders and have avoided ordering from them for months, but raising that a full dollar?! This should be posted on the websiteor, at the very least, disclosed immediately when you call for delivery. Ripoff. We will NEVER order delivery from MMagain. Well, we did order again today and I regret it. The pizza was primarily dough.Now I don?t even like their pizza and Ipaid the $3.50 delivery fee while tipping the driver well. Never again. Mm Mms is my absolute favorite pizza place. When I first moved, it took a lot of trial and error to find our new go to pizza... place, and mm mms is just that. The pizza is great and the service is always polite. My only complaint is that they tend toignore their phones so it takes a try or two to get in. Otherwise fantastic! Read more
Delivery fee was not disclosed at time of order. They said it was disclosed on menu. Very small print at bottom of menu. ... Specifically says "delivery charge MAY apply". I'm less than a mile away from this location, so what is the case when itdoesn't apply? Duffus/store manager I spoke with couldn't answer that question or why they charge the fee. Also says on thethe menu that the delivery fee is not applied as a tip. That was a lie as the store manager did admit that $1 does go todelivery driver. Between this deliver fee and the tip I gave the driver, was over half the cost of the pizza. Store managerunwilling to do anything to correct the issue. Stay away from this place!! Read more
Not good. Pizza was crushed in the box. Didn?t have the toppings i ordered. Called and they offered to replace which I accepted.... An hour and ten mins later and still nothing. Called back and they offer me a credit for next time. I will say they were nice onthe phone but this was not a good experience and I will not order again. Red Onion next door is way better. Read more
