I had pre ordered a birthday cake here and spoken to the manager and I was VERY clear about the instructions on the phone for... the design and writing. When I went today to pick up the cake there were 3 people working and all were very rude and hadhorrible customer service. Firstly I was not waited on for 10 minutes when there was only one other person in the store. Theythen told me they could not find the cake and had a lot of other cakes and customers. After another 10 min they finally found itand it was written in all the wrong icing colors and smudge along and to make matters worse in horrible small illegible writingthat was jumbled together and had misspelled the name. I told them this was not the design or colors I ordered and one of thegirls very rudely snatched the cake back SCRAPED the old writing off and quickly wrote over it in another color icing. To saythe least the presentation looked horrible and was completely unacceptable. They then charges me the full amount and said amanager wouldn?t be there until Monday. They were not even willing to own the mistake and provide something to make up for it.DO NOT waste your money here. I was a long time customer here but this place has gone down and the quality is very bad and staffis rude. Save your money and go somewhere else! Read more

The kids, girls, that work here do not want to pack the ice cream when it is available to buy prepackaged. They highly... recommend the prepackaged ice cream and when you say you want it freshly packed, they give you an attitude. I wanted the cherryvanilla ice cream in the back and she refused to get it. Very nice staff and clean facility. I discovered they have stopped making my favorite flavor?daiquiri ice?which is the only... reason I ever go. Not their fault though. It?s attached to Dunkin Donuts, so it?s easy for the adults to grab a coffee and thekids can get some ice cream. Read more
Very disorganized. They only had the flavors listed where the ice cream is (way below eye-level). You couldn't see all of the... flavors until after you ordered since everyone in line was standing in front of the ice cream (a simple sign listing the flavorswould fix this issue). Read more
Recently their hours have been all over the place. I understand having to change business hours but make sure Google or any... other place shows it online. Update it. It?s not that hard. 4 times now in the past 2 weeks I have shown up at a very reasonablehour thinking they?re open because it says so only to find out they?ve been closed. Update your hours.
