I actually anticipated a poor experience as soon as I heard the employee on the drive-thru speaker this evening. This Arby's is... typically staffed with friendly personnel who seem to genuinely appreciate that you've chosen their restaurant but not tonight. The employee had no personality and appeared indifferent to the fact they were serving a custom. When told they were ready forme to order, I barely had three words out of my mouth and heard "Wait." A few seconds later I read the attached coupon verbatimto the employee and requested additional menu items as well. The time I waited in the drive-thru line would certainly have been acceptable had the order been accurate. Upon returning home I opened the bag to find 2 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches, not2 Classic Beef 'n Cheddar Sandwiches, and the 6 piece Mozzarella Sticks were missing. The additional menu items I ordered wereaccurate to include Crinkle Fries instead of Curly Fries. Additionally, I was not provided a receipt ($20.31 at around 7:35PM). This visit was extremely disappointing and it will likely be quite a while before I return to this Arby's as there arenumerous dining options in this area from which to choose. Read more

Ordered ONLINE. Ordered Turkey and Swiss, NO LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONION, MAYO. Standard sandwich with everything on it in bag.... Ordered Horsey Sauce and Ketchup, GOT ARBYS SAUCE. Seriously. Every weekend the dining room is closed. I get it it's hard to keep employees but the people making the drive thru... food are the same people making dine in orders so this seems to just come from laziness.
