We do not recommend this restaurant. We made a reservation for dinner while visiting Bethel. Such a disappointment. We knew, by... reviewing the menu ahead of time, that many of the dishes were heavy, but expected that we could choose from the fewer healthieroptions. I ordered veal saltimbocca, and the menu did not indicate how the dish was prepared. I assumed it would be similar toother preparations in other restaurants. The veal was served on top of a bed of very creamy pasta, smothered with lots of cheeseon top. Very unappetizing both in appearance and taste. I sent it back. The waitress seemed disinterested in my response. Wethink you can have a much better meal elsewhere in Bethel. In fact, anywhere else but here. Read more

We absolutely love this place. In town there is no higher standard. The food is fresh, we have had most of the menu which is... difficult because their specials are amazing. Get there early if you want the full menu, they will sell out. Read more

My wife and I dined here recently. We were graciously seated not realizing reservations were required. The service was good. The... food was presented with flare and tasty except the seasoning used with my blackened Haddock overpowered the mild flavor of thisdelicious fish. The noise level was pretty high. My wife enjoyed eggplant parmesan which had pasta sufficient for homeleftovers. Should we return for this unique Bethel dining experience we will sample different meal selections. Read more

New favorite restaurant in Bethel, Maine. We started with scallops, seafood chowder and salad. For entrees we enjoyed the salmon... and chicken saltimbocca. Everything was extraordinary. The decor is inviting and the service friendly and professional. Brian'sis a delightful place for dinner on a cold winter night. Read more
