Had a 50th party celebration here in a private room and it was excellent. The staff was amazing, the food was great and they... were so accommodating. Pleasantly surprised as we have driven past the tap room many times but never went in. Beer was excellent; with many choices.... Food was exceptional and I am very picky about food. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Deshante was the bartenderand he was highly knowledgeable and very personable. So we gave them the daunting task of hosting our final hockey tournament team dinner. 45 people reservation with 24hrs notice.... ELLA is amazing she some how held it all together. 16 players & their families. Food & came out quickly. It was really great.Food & beer was really good!! Read more
Hi everyone! I always take the time to post a good review here and there. If ever going to Michael?s Taproom: Ask for the waiter... Patrick! We went today for lunch for a farewell lunch and Patrick provided the best service . He was kind enough to be themaster of umbrellas for our outdoor table, quick with the order/service/ waters . Highly recommend the cannolis of course .Patrick was very sweet when we asked to write farewell on our dessert , he went out of his way to do so. We will definitely beback . I've been here 3 times. first 2 great experiences. 3rd time I noticed something happening. As I order drinks they charge me the... same but make the glass smaller and smaller. Have video proof if anyone tries to dispute it. Charged the same for drinks thatare noticeably different. First 2 experiences great, last one I definitely got their 2 worst bartenders, attitude wise andcustomer service wise. Glasses get smaller and smaller bu price stayed the same. Went for a beer on a sunny Sunday afternoon as I read they had outdoor seating which was fantastic. Beers are normal priced,... decent selection. Food is unjustifiably overpriced, I couldn?t get my head around how expensive it was. $26 for pasta withsausage and chicken (with pasta, no) is extortionate. Paid $10 for 3 measly loaded potatoes? (why not 4? What happened to theother half of a post ago?). The wings seem very expensive too. All the food does! As for the service which a lot have commentedon, lacklustre sadly. Credit to the owner for his replies to comments on this and hopefully it improves. Interior seemed nice,spacious and a good amount of TVs. I?d go back for the beer only. Read more
Made Mother's Day reservations for brunch but got there to find they were understaffed and overbooked. Took over an hour for our... meals to finally come out.
