The food is great when they get the order correct! They are typically understaffed so the orders take a while to be delivered .

Used to be a good Sonic, now they are SO INCREDIBLY SLOW!! Expect around a 30 minute wait at the drive in part, only a little... less at the drive through! Hire more staff. Okay? Update: A month since my review, nothing?s changed, actually much worse. Imiss my old Sonic, reliably good, fast, cheap fast food and drinks. Ever since that out-of-state company bought Sonic(originally a proud Oklahoma icon), it has gone WAY down hill!! Read more

Tried the chophouse cheeseburger. It was very good, but it was lacking the onion straws. There was maybe three little pieces, no... where near the amount as shone in commercial. So I wouldn't recommend spending the extra money on it. Read more

I'm only giving this Sonic 5 stars because I've been coming here for years, and up until a few weeks ago this place was so BAD!... The customer service was either non-existent or terrible altogether. My order was always 10 minutes or more even just for adrink! But over the past few weeks there is a new girl named Laticia that is a breath of fresh air. You guys scored with thathire! When she is here my order is perfect! On time, and delicious. With an excellent attitude to boot. I thought I'd never beable to give a review at this store because they don't let you give 0 stars. I hope you guys hire more people just like that!! Read more

This is the worst sonic in this state and I?ve worked at two of them. Every time we come it takes 20 minutes to an hour to get... our orders and if we order online and check in they scan for it but don?t bring it out to us. And honestly either they need newmanagement or they need more competent workers Read more

I?m posting for a friend. Today was a bad experience because of severe understaffing. Took almost an hour to get order and then... it was wrong. The food was hot and tasty. Did not protest wrong food. Employees had to be sooo stressed and didn?t need more.Learned not to prepay. Would have cancelled order and left otherwise. Probably should have rated lower stars, but feel foremployees. We did get coupons for further visits. The kicker is they expired 12/31/3021!!! Read more

I ordered a sausage toaster combo and received a bacon and egg burrito. Instead. Was not given a receipt. Went online and filed... a complaint and the customer service is a joke. Ripped me off. Definitely will not be going back again. I have already done whatthey asked me to do on the website and nothing was ever mentioned about doing this on the app. Sounds like a way to avoidresponsibility for this.
