So I'm normally not a big pizza hut fan. How ever this time at this location it was very good. We stopped in for our kids to use... book it coupons and decided that we where hungry as well. Lobby was closed due to the air conditioning being broke so we justput down the tail gait of the truck and had a impromptu picnic in the parking lot. The service was fast, good quality and greatvalue for your buck and they didn't mind us munching and visiting in the parking lot since we couldn't go in side. The parkinglot was spacious and clean. Today myself and 2 children sat for an hour for buffet. Never did they get out any sauce, or pasta, they finally did get out 1... pan of dry breadsticks, there were a lot of to go orders but people were complaining about drink refills, people were leavingwithout their food, people came to pick up stuff they hadnt even started and one guy stood for over 30 minutes when his ordershould have been done. I have never received bad service from a Pizza Hut until today and now I have no desire to return to one! They didn?t honor... their posted online specials and then the lady was so rude she hung up on me! I will never go back! For the hidden prices theycharge I will go eat steak instead!! Read more
I got pizza for my family my kids complained about the cheese tasting funny and then an hour later everybody who ate it got very... I'll with vomiting and diarrhea. We complained to the manager who filed an incident report to cooperate but didn't seem tooconcerned about finding the source of the food poisoning. Read more
Went in for lunch buffet last week. They didn't have alot out for buffet. There was another table also waiting for more stuff to... come out and after 15 minutes they brought out one pizza. Between our table (2 people) and the other table (6 people) we eachgot one piece. Needless to say I don't think any of us were impressed. Maybe it would be better early when they first start thebuffet for the day but I wouldn't hold my breath. Read more
