Waited over an hour for food just so they would mess it up. Fully staffed but couldn't keep up with regular orders (apparently... only drive thru) Waited 30 minutes in curb side pick up, then another 30-45 minutes inside just to have missing food. Read more
Placed my mobile order and picked it up curbside. Waited over 20 minutes. The lady finally came out apologized and said she... doesn?t normally run out curbside orders but the people who do wouldn?t bring it out. Maybe McDonald?s should get rid of thatoption if their workers won?t do their job and make a customer wait 30 minutes. Read more
Wasn't busy, but seemed like there was about a half dozen people waiting for their food, so was a little bit of a wait to get... food. Food wasn't bad, but fries were only about half full and apple pie was kind of old. Facility seemed fairly clean. Read more
Newly remodeled. We go there about 12 times a year as we pass through Bethany. They have installed a keiosk to take orders. It... still needs work to be of any benefit. The staff clearly is finding the addition only makes getting orders correct moredifficult. Read more
People very rude. I ordered a grilled chicken without a bun pickles Mayo on lettuce because I?m gluten free. Very slow and... finally got our meal and they forgot the coffee. I get down the road to eat and they had a crispy chicken and nothing else.Needless to say? I couldn?t eat it. Never stop there again. Read more
Slow to take our order and slow to serve the vehicle in front of us. We were given our drinks and then watched as they closed... the window and walked away with our happy meals sitting on the counter. So let me tell you about the time we did drive through and I ordered the 3-piece premium select chicken strips. We get back on... I-35 and I open my box of chicken strips. Inside I find one smallish premium select chicken strip. Okay, fine, I?ll eat thesmall one. I hate leaving low ratings for anyone. The only reason I can justify even one star is the staff (the person on the drive thru... intercom and the person who handed me my order) were nice and friendly. We ordered on the mobile app. And then sat in the drivethru for nearly an hour. The line started just at the intercoms, so it is not like there was a long line. It just took a verylong time.
