I purchased a big box meal white meat today but was given white and dark meat, I called to let them know that my order was... wrong. The inner lobby wasn't crowded. I was the second in line. They took my order but it literally took 26 minutes to fill. To add... insult to injury, the order placed was not complete. The lady wasn't happy that I was eating there instead to go food was okay other than the biscuit was under cooked. As usual they got my order wrong and i didnt realize it until i got home. Specifically asked for leg and thigh grilled because... i knew a wing would be super small and a breast would be really dry and of course they gave me a wing and breast and my frieswere cold....Ughh...Fast food restaurants are so frustrating.
