The food is and service is much better during the morning hours versus the night shift. I'm not sure if it's the management or... what, but the quality of service is not the same. There is nothing wrong with hiring teenagers and young adults but don'tcompromise in service. Keep with the standards and service you were built on. Thanks Read more
I've only been through this Jack's drive thru a handful of times. The food has been good. The biggest thing that I have taken... note of is that they give me the total, I pay, they hand me my order. No Thank you, No Have a nice day, etc...If you want thatgo across 459 to Mcdonalds off Morgan Road where the sweetest women at their drive thru will smile, thank you, and wish you ablessed day. We arrived at the Morgan Road location at approximately 8:50 am July 17th. The drive through line was wrapped around the... building, so my husband and I decided to go inside. We waited for approximately 10 minutes and never had the chance to place ourorder. The person, who I can only assume was the manager, walked around complaining about staffing, breaking down boxes,basically anything other than taking an order. She then acknowledged the line of people waiting and went to answer the phone.Another employee was doing nothing but walking around picking up trays and trash when people were clearly waiting to order. Sheeven happily apologized to the FOUR people who walked out without even getting to order. My husband and I decided the gasstation next door would even be a better option. As we were eating our biscuits from the gas station, we saw both the "manager"and the other employee in the parking lot having a smoke break while the drive through line was still wrapped around thebuilding. I'm in the drive-thru. Sat 3 or so minutes. No acknowledgement. Said hello a couple times. I hear ppl faintly talking. Took my... order, 6 PC boneless wings with fries and a tea. For some reason there r hash browns in here like breakfast and no ranch for mywings. Receipt says fries. I didn't ask for hash browns. Read more
They were very short staffed, left something out of my order. I called back and they had it ready when I returned. I would've... given 5 stars but my biscuits were overcooked, and the chicken was kinda old , but I got the last of the chicken for that timeof night. Read more
