Waited 3 min at drive-thru with no answer. Gave up & while I was driving away saw through the window 2 employees were just... chitchatting away , not working at all. That explained why there was absolutely no customers at this location. Never again Iwill attempt this location again. Read more
Went through the drive-thru. I had 2 drinks and the drive-thru person automatically put the drinks in a carry-all container. How... often does that happen? The food was good, although KFC's mashed potatoes are not great. Read more
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. How come everytime I come to the Greenbelt (Berwyn Heights) location my order is never... correct, and the employees are not friendly. Why are your employees on their phone at the register? But anyway I am off topic. Ishould have learned from the first time, but I try to give the benefit of the doubt. I do not recommend this location. Notprofessional at ALL. Any review that has positive reviews has to be fake or forced, because this is the worst location thus far.Please properly train your employees to have better work ethic. There is no reason why my order was repeated back to me at least2 times and it?s still wrong. Highly dissatisfied. Don?t come here. Read more
I walked in to place a simple to go order, a #1 two piece dark meal, only to wait 20 minutes to get my food. And when I got it... it was wrong. ???? The restaurant was empty completely empty when I got there. A guy that was in the drive thru waited so longfor his food that he walked in and asked for his money back. This store has to do better. The Store was clean. The food was good. But, the huge KFC SIGN from the outside pole was in the dining area. Not, obtrusive.... Just funny and odd. Read more
Ordered a chicken pot pie and it was just vegetable mush. A few strands of chicken meat and loads of carrots. I don?t know if... these come precooked but the least you could do is put actual meat inside. This photo is me attempting to find the meat and itturned to soup. Read more
First experience was so nasty. The drive through communication was unprofessional, service slow and unconcerned. I went there... because the Popeyes on the opposite side had a long line on the drive through. Purchased the family meal bag, got home hungryand ready to eat, the coleslaw was ganished with a detarched female manicure nail. Case closed, what a disgusting sight, thecoleslaw went straight to the trashcan. Read more
