Very busy but courteous and polite that make you feel the waiting time doesn't matter.
Terrible service. I ordered an ice coffee and bagel in drive thru a few minutes ago. They had me wait in the front a long time... and didn't give me a straw. When the girl came out to give me my bagel, I asked her kindly for a straw and she made me comeinside. I wasn't even mad about the wait time. After getting back to my car the coffee spilled eveywhere because there was ahole in the bottom. Definitely do not recommend giving this place any business. Read more
This is low key a good dunkin donuts and I just started working there last week and I love it there everyone is nice to me and... the boss is super nice. I make the best coffees and ice coffee. I think this is gonna be a great job for me cause I've been totwo different dunkin donuts before and the first one was ok but I hated the boss and the other dunkin was ok too but I like thisone better. We were the only 2 people in there and it still took 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge us. The only words she said while we... were there was "that's it?" The person taking orders at the drive thru this morning was professional and courteous. I ordered a plain bagel - toasted (but... got an untoasted sesame bagel), with veggie cream cheese spread (but got plain cream cheese), a strawberry frosted donut withsprinkles and an extra large coffee with regular sugar, extra-extra creamer. The wait at the window to get the order was prettylong (more than 5 minutes), so I was disappointed when I saw that I didn't receive what I asked for. My coffee was great and thedonut was fresh.
