They redesigned this dunkin, and with the redesign, you can't use the bathroom without a code from a receipt. Do you need to... use the restroom right away? You plan on buying something anyway? You're out of luck, you got to get in line and get thereceipt. This Dunkin' Donuts here, in my opinion, is increasingly losing its customer service. They all are, every place is,but these folks to a greater and faster extent. I don't know who's running this Dunkin' donuts, but I do know that they are notemphasizing customer service. They'd rather have a customer accident on themselves, Policies like per bathroom use should gothe way of the dinosaur, but instead, low customer service orientated places make them standards. I think they're remodeling, so It's not clean. My food left a lot to be desired. Half of the bacon was cooked and half was raw.... The lobby, I'm assuming it's not being cleaned at all since it was a complete disaster. My coffee was so so. The donut was hard.The bagel was burned which is probably why it had so much cream cheese. I would probably only go here if I wanted a basiccoffee. Maybe once the remodeling is done, things will improve. Update 6/9 The girl today was very kind, patient and helpful.Made my drink just how I requested it and helped me decide how to modify it. It's busier and much cleaner today. They're prettyfast too, specially considering they have a full drive through. This a definite improvement from last time. Read more
Very rude staff, apparently you cannot order if you?re not in the driver side passenger seats can not order at all. Food was... horrible, undercook and the caramelo cappuccino was not even done right they just gave me a coffeee with caramel and no sugar.Half way empty. Order number #2718 Read more
This is by far the slowest Dunkin to exist. I will never visit this location again, due to several negative experiences with the... staff, that always end up with me wasting my time at this location. Or, I end up wasting my money because they decide "forliterally no reason" to add ingredients on their own behalf that we are allergic to. Thankfully we haven't died yet and noticethe poisons they threw in. By the way, if you buy something there and go home and realize that they butchered these simpledrinks, they won't let you call and get a refund. You have to spend an additional 45 minutes minimum, of your day driving back,waiting in the longest and slowest moving lines, for them to give you your $3.60 for your drink back, or struggle to again tomake it. I've attached a photo the whipp cream and cinnamon scraped into my sink that they added for no reason, that I STILLPAID FOR, and wouldn't be refunded unless I spent a few more hours of my day fighting dunkin donuts to literally make a cup ofcoffee quickly. In the area, there are only 2 of 7 locations that are consistently quick and don't mess up your order everysingle time: Harlem and 47th, and Cermak and 1st Ave. That's it. Do not dine inside the store, a company that tows cars is on the prowl, I arrive at the store I order some coffees and some... donuts and when I sit down for dinner I realize that they are trying to tow my car (3 minutes after having ordered), the towingcompany lifted my car and when I approached him he carelessly dropped my car without any care and didn't wait to check that hehadn't damaged my car, he just left without saying or explaining anything.
