Ordered here yesterday. I'm a long time fan of Culvers and this location lived up to my expectations when visiting A Culvers.... The food was good. The chicken tenders were hot. I heard so many good things about Culver's, I needed to see an experience myself. That food ???? was delicious. A slight wait... time but freshly cooked food take a little time. The shakes blow my mind, talk about creamy, so creamy. So I truly enjoyed theirfood. The line make look long, but the food is MORE the worthy of that little wait time. Good tasting food. Overpriced, and not much A/C in the dining room.
We stopped at Culver?s yesterday for lunch. I order a cheeseburger and a root beer float, let me say that the food was really... good. I truly enjoyed my root beer float. I haven?t had Culver?s in a long time, but I was definitely surprised about how goodit tasted. My Grand Twins loves the chicken tenders and I can see why they were so big and juicy. I will be going to Culver?smore often now. That I know the food and drinks were Good. And let me not forget the sweet baby Ray sauce. Love tasting my Twinstenders with the sauce. Read more
Asked for all my burgers to be well done! Got home and bit into this! Disgusting! I threw up! I called the restaurant and spoke... to the manager Darius. He didn?t give any empathy and wasn?t apologetic at all. Just to bring the burgers back to get themreplaced or a refund. It?s first matter I actually but into it and threw up. It doesn?t matter that I made it all the way homeand wasn?t expecting to come back out this evening! Nothing for the inconvenience and this sick feeling of knowing what I justdigested. Culver's butter burger meals are a treat in themselves. Single bacon cheeseburger comes with standard with lettuce, tomatoes,... pickle, onions, ketchup and mustard. No need to upgrade like other chains. The flavor is all in the meat. Great crinkle cutfries are crisp and chewy with the right amount of salt. Medium fountain drinks are endless, and we'll carbonated. Kids mealscome with choice of burger, cheeseburger, chicken strips or corn dog. Kids wanted the butter burgers and they did notdisappoint. Same toppings offered without an upcharge. Kids meals also come with choice of milk or apple juice and a cup ofCulver's frozen custard in chocolate or vanilla. Have visited this Culver's plenty of times with no problems. But tonight was an off night, perhaps because it was close to... closing time? They charged me for a double cheeseburger, but didn't put it in the bag. My sundaes melted while I waited in thecar for them to make the cheeseburger. Got home and one part of my patty melt was so thin, I could see through it. To make itworse, it had a PIECE of a onion on it and the bread was barely toasted. Some of my fries were slightly burned also. Called thestore when I got home to report my disappointment regarding my food and experience tonight. Manager offered to replace the pattymelts and sundaes on my next visit, which I'm grateful for. Lesson learned. I won't visit close to quitting time ever again. I was wrong. They did not deserve the rating I gave them. I went back to get my free cone or dish. They told me I could only... have vanilla , chocolate or flavor of the day. I told them to give me flavor of the day. 5 minutes later they said that flavorwas not ready. Said I could get it in a tiny shake. If I would have known there was not much of a choice I would not havebothered with a review. Read more
