The soda fountain was nasty. Spilled soda was everywhere. The manager and cook were standing outside smoking when we arrived.... They had to move away from the door so we could enter. They make three trips to smoke within the 45 minutes we were there. Read more

I still love the flavor of KFC chicken but it seems like the glory days of KFC have past. My issues with this location are the... slippery floors, obviously grease covered, the price per combo selection and the removal of the lunch buffet, which everycustomer asked about while I was sitting there. I actually did not want the buffet but was disappointed when I learned it wouldnot be retuning. Ordered a chicken classic combo did not receive my fries. The sandwich was good, the slaw was awesome as usualbut the sida machine could use some calibration perhaps cleaning. Read more
The food was hot and plenty of it. Our biscuits were a little hard. I asked them to be replaced. It was done quickly and the new... ones were light and fluffy. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We will go back to thislocation again. We did ask about the buffet coming back. The gal at the counter was very sweet. It was, however very slow. I got the standard bowl and 2 apple turnovers. If I didn't... have deadlines and commitments it wouldn't have been an issue. Everything tasted great, and the sweetie at the counterapologized a lot. You can't be mad, just a little frustrated under the surface. I don't expect McDonalds type of fast, but alittle quicker would be great! I'll go again, but only if I have plenty of time. Read more
Today I ordered one of their famous bowls for my brother, and he said the chicken tasted like some kind of chemical like stove... cleaner. The service has been awful the last few times I've been here. The employees are nice, but every time we order herewe're always missing something, usually our biscuits. I guess the weird tasting chicken was the final nail in the coffin. Willnot be coming back. Read more
