I arrived to subway tried to order food 3 employees were at the line 2 woman's 1 male i said hello all 3 ignore me ... 1 woman walk away avoiding take my order and finally the male after I insisted took my order both womans we're talking insisted attend coustumer a shame they get paid to attend coustumers no to talk they don't care one of thewoman's its the manager surprise she needs to get retraining in coustumers services this is one of the razon thiscompany its going to bankruptcy. The worst experience ever. The employee with manager tag on his shirt took about 18 minutes to prepare 3 subs. Within that... time he was rude to his coworker several times. At the cashier ready to pay i handed a 100 bill and after a minute he said O icant take 100 bills after 6pm. I told him thats all i had. They dont have any signs indicating that policy and when i told himto put a sign up he said that it was not his store. A person with that attitude should not work with anyone. And they shouldbe fired asap. They are only looking for ways to milk the system and return to unemployment. Crazy stuff going on in thisworld now days. Had yet again a terrible experience this wveing its been iver 8 months since I've wrote something so negative about a place but... this one is well deserved. It's been a couple weeks since I had visited and I was happy to get in because in the past this placenever seemed to get it together but on my last visit I was pleased. This eveing I walked in and subway is doing something withthere club sandwiches, Boe there us two I said I'd like to have the club and said aloud ham rb and turkey because of the newclub than I said I will be placing two 12 inch subs the other turkey and avocado she said acts more but I new this when it cameto toppings I noticed the club had only ham and turkey and I said the club with rb she said in the most rude of voices and withan attitude you said club I heard you you said club my response yes I said club with ham turkey and rb she says well yhe club isham turkey bacon so she takes two pieces of rb and takes out three pieces of turkey I asked for what u sually have on a sandwichand when it was done she had put so little of everything I had to ask for more at this point she's started to throw and not justwith her wrists with her arms. And now that I think about it she didn't ask If I wanted mayo and mustard so both sandwichesdidn't get either. When she rolled them up she made a point to slam the baf down in front of meand with a rude voice says 14dollars. I enter my card with the chip and she says you gotta wait with a rude voice than says now out it in. In closing I saidthank you very much and asked for her name she's says my base is Maria like go ahead and complaine nothing us going to happen.I'm sure she was thinking. I know we are desperate for people right now but c mon subway you can do better with anybody else,why would you choose to hire someone like this, I'm sure I'm not the only one to conplaine that's impossible with a person likethis. I had came to eat lunch on my break yesterday and a fight had broken out between two employees and the Manager was doing nothing... and ended up siding with the employee who started the fight and was cussing out another employee and tried to get physical. If Iwas that person I would be contacting my lawyer to sue you guys. Totally unprofessional. Marena gave me excellent service anddid not deserve to be treated in such a manner by a co-worker and employee. Will not be eating at this location again. Read more
