Inadequate staff. There were only three people working at lunch. And I watched one of them quit on the job and walk out.... Franchise owners are going to have to start paying people a lot more if they want to keep the doors open. Read more
I would give a normal 4 star or higher but the chicken was not crispy but the sides were hot and enjoyable
Very disappointing.. Paid $40 for cold food and horrible service. Had to return due to missing items. Girl at drive thru was... very rude, rolled her eyes at me when I explained they messed up my order. Will not be returning here again. Read more
Just paid $36.09 for a bucket of fried chicken - came with 16 pieces. Only 4 of them were edible. They put 4 really nice... pieces on the very top, and every single piece of chicken under that top layer was rotten. Tried to call them and their phoneline is busy. Pretty disgusted, definitely not coming back, and isn't worth the time or gas to take it back at this point. Ijust can't picture myself eating here after this. One and done. Read more

Went to this location for my Mom on Mother's Day after just flying in. My Mom wanted 8 piece meal, 2 large mashed potatoes and... gravy and a extra large side of coleslaw. Got home... no mashed potatoes. Went back for potatoes and gravy and got ignored. Thenthey told me my order was coming and they tried giving me a bucket of chicken. Explained what happened to be told you have tobring back the whole meal (female manager). I said just give me 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and I'll pay...even though Ialready paid almost $35.00 for the meal. At least the guy at the register was nice and gave me the mashed potatoes and gravy andhe said I already paid and was good.
