Won't honor a coupon they gave me. Delivery takes an average of 2 hours. She said this store doesn't take them and has their... store phone # on it. They gave it to me the last time my order took over an hour to drive 3/4 mile. Truth is they can't dobetter they did worse. Read more
Tried to order a specialty 5 topping pizza they wanted to charge extra to have half plain cheese. Everytime you go to order from... them you get the run around on specials so they can charge you a crazy amount of money for for a custom pizza. The food is great but the other night pick up carry out and it's all wrong ...tried calling because I know mistakes happen not... enough staff etc etc...but won't let me reorder over the phone so instead had to drive back to store and wait 15 minutes more torecook my order... When I walked in, person who ordered wrong pizza I had in my possesion is there waiting for remake...I tellstaff he quickly makes my pizza and then gives guy the pizza I brought back after sticking in oven for quick reheat...uh no!Meanwhile person who gave me wrong pizza is saying she is going home and again the real story just appears no help or managers...in fairness they were busy ...but to often mismanaged both at corporate and loca level? I would make this a -10 if I could! The worst customer service. Crystal thinks it's okay to call people 'hun' I find that very... condescending especially since I am old enough to be her mother. She hung up on my after making all kinds of excuses about whythe manager couldn't come to the phone. I used to run the same type unit for a competitor. Under no circumstances would thatpoor customer service be tolerated. It is useless to call the store directly to have complaints addressed. Either theycan't/won't answer the phone (on hold for 1 1/2 hours last night) or they really don't care about the locals that keep themafloat off season. I personally can't stand their food. The only reason I called was because of location to the grocery pick up.The menu is too limited for me. At least Domino's offers other choices. I had to call the call center to place my order becauseit was to be picked up near dinner time. There was a language barrier with the lady I placed my order. I wanted banana pepperson the side. I was told I couldn't do that. I said fine just put them on and I will pick them off. Instead I received ZERObanana peppers. I also was given spicy sausage when I requested regular sausage. Can't get it corrected because they are notanswering the phone. Worst service ever! Will order again- yes...not for me. I will have her drive down a few more blocks andget mine from Domino's! Ordered one large half cheese and half pepperoni for grandkids. Arrived to pickup and advised what we ordered and the name. Man... said he had three. Repeated we just ordered one. He kept saying he had three. Said several more times we just ordered one. Womenwe placed order with was not even there yet he continued to insist we ordered three. When it was clear he was going to continuearguing, I said, you can keep them all. I'll go elsewhere. I've never had a restaurant or pizza shop Insist and argue over whatI ordered. With 4 pizza shops in town, wont be dealing with this shop. Very poor way to handle an obvious error on their part. Read more
They said they were out of plates, they wouldnt even sell us a box or give us one so my 6 year old could have something to eat... off of. I asked for the manager the women at the counter told me she was the manager. I then asked for corporates number, shereplied its on the receipt.. then never gave a receipt. Read more
