I give ZERO stars solely for management, Michael to be specific? his attitude is disgusting, & hopefully it?s not the same... Michael matching the negative energy of all these other terrible management reviews over the years. The food is good, the lowerlevel employees are polite, they just need a new manager that understands what we all learned in our elementary school yearsabout respect, ?treat people how you want to be treated?. We were there last night for dinner and left very aggrivated. We got out drinks and after that we sat with empty drinks the rest... of the meal as the waitress walked past us several times. My sandwich was all bread with almost no meat on it at all. My wife'sburger was cooked dry and burnt. We left hungry and annoyed after spending $70 on dinner. I told my fiancé the food is fabulous & everything is homemade!! Well, I would have given a ?ZERO STAR? if I could because it... was horrible!! We shared apps, the shrimp were over cooked & still had there heads!! The spaghetti & meatballs were likespaghetti from a can!! I can eat spaghetti Os @ home, if I want!!! The so called loaded nachos was the biggest joke!!! My 8yrnephew could have done better!!
