This place had plenty of seating on a busy Sunday. Tried the seafood sampler but those who ordered tables full of crab looked... incredibly happy. The service was great and the prices were adequate. Total for the plate and two extra sides was about $50. Ps.They have great apple sauce! Read more
Had a wonderful experience here tonight! Our young kids were exhausted after a long day at the beach, but our server Amy saved... the day with incredible service & gave our daughter a lesson on how to eat her first crab (which she was set on, although asingle crab was not on the menu?Amy came through!). This restaurant is fantastic! Great atmosphere tucked away off the beaten path while staying in Ocean City. We were fortunate... enough to have Amy as our server. All of the servers had smiles on their faces and the patrons all seemed to be pleased withtheir food and service . I had the unlimited chicken and crabs ???? and it was AWSOME ! My wife had the King Crab Legs withsides and everything was prepared perfectly! Patrick the owner is very personable and took the time to great us and tell usabout the area . Do not recommend going. Staff was friendly and courteous, but the food wasn't. For the sampler, our shrimp was over-cooked and... very, very salty. I almost returned it. We peeled the skin and used the sauce to rinse some of the salt off. The fish in my fishtacos were also over-cooked and dry. Their mango salsa wasn't that great. That was dry too. It did have a sauce on it with agood kick to it that saved it though. I've had better at Applebee's. The bloody Mary was refreshing, but could have used alittle bit more flavor. The best thing we had were the stuffed mushrooms, but there were only four. Our fish and chips werereturned because it was brought out as a sandwich. Read more
So happy for this new gem hidden on 611. The new owners has given this place potential. The place has a nice laid-back... country/shore vibe decorated with Mason jar wagon wheel chandeliers and blue crab art on the walls. I first noticed the nicelarge tables (probably for the all you can eat crowd) followed by super comfortable seats to keep you there for a few hours. Thedraft beers was noticably crisp, cold, and fresh! My wife and I ordered all-you-can-eat crabs that were med sized and were agreat size. I don't think it's necessary to size up. This was also served with corn, fried chicken, and Cole slaw (very goodslaw????). My kids enjoyed drawing with crayons on the brown paper and playing at the arcade located in the back. There was nocrowd because it was Friday mid-day. There is outdoor seating but it is limited. Great tunes to listen to as you crack open somecrabs. And like I said, laid-back vibes. Service was great. I recommend snagging a Tshirt, they are super comfortable and have agreat design. I'd rather go here then Hoopers (which I've been going to for 35 years) Read more
The crabs here are delicious! Service was great with very kind staff. Cool atmosphere inside. We love to come here after a long... day at the Assateague Island beach. There's a couple tables outside where it is nice to sit if the weather is nice (dog friendlytoo!). Plenty of seating and space inside too. So bring the whole family, or a large group! Read more
A little drive away from Ocean City but well worth it! Three of us went on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered the stuffed scallops,... fried shrimp, and stuffed flounder. We each got a side salad and either fries or Cole slaw. Everything was absolutely delicious.The salads were very fresh. My stuffed scallops had so much crab meat in them, not filler. The fries were hot and crisp. Theshrimp was fried to perfection and the stuffed flounder was like the scallops, fresh and loaded with crab meat. Our server,Crystal, was welcoming and attentive.
