My burger was served rare to medium rare. When I respectfully brought this to the attention of the cook she stated that?s the... way all the burgers are served and if I wanted it cooked at a different temp I would need to specify when I ordered. Iapologized for not knowing and asked for ?less pink? as the burger was not edible IMO. My plate was taken back reluctantly. Inless than 2 minutes I was called back up to the counter and was given a to go container and was told the burger was med well. Ithanked her and sat down to eat. I could not believe that all she did was take the initial undercooked patty and dump it and allthe ingredients including bacon, peppers, and onions back on the grill. Scooped it all up and put it on a new bun. Needless tosay the burger was gross! I took two bites and tossed it. I don?t think that for $13 expecting a new burger in this case wasunreasonable. Fantastic. Place I ordered the Tony soprano panini. So delicious. Also ordered the tomato bisque. That's very tasty also. I... will definitely recommend the boss grill to anyone. All the workers are very nice and the owner is a great guy.. the restaurantis very clean and has a great atmosphere. I can't wait to try something different next time... thank guys. Great job again. Fantastic burger spot. I've mostly had delivery, and the attention to detail is impressive. They put fries opposite each other... in the bag so they arrive crispy and hot, not scattered in the bag. The burgers are great, Philly cheese steak lives up to theirclaim. 10/10 highly recommend Read more
9.9.22 There's indoor and outdoor seating. You order your food at the counter and they bring out the food to you. My Philly... Cheese steak was perfectly cooked, meat was tender, cheese was melted, and the bun was warm. The onion rings were a bit dry/toomuch in the fried, but the dipping sauce was great. The staff was perky, friendly, and welcoming. We sat outdoors and there were2 dogs with other guests. I'm not a fan of dogs at restaurants, regardless of outdoors or not, but it is what it is. These 2were in opposite corners and at times were barking like crazy so that was a disruption to other guests. But besides that, theoverall experience was wonderful hence the 5 stars. Read more
I?m giving this review 1 star only because the burgers were okay. My wife and I really wanted to like this place as we looked at... the menu online. We walk in and we?re not even greeted a girl behind the counter with dark hair was so rude. How she is evenemployed is laughable. A sign says be kind to our workers because they showed up today. Well how about be kind to your payingcustomers???We give miss rude our order and she hands me a small bottle of wine with no glass and says ?You can go wait on thepatio?. It?s friggin 90 degrees outside. So we sit inside our dinner is dropped on the table like we were a bother. The tip jaris so laughable. Really? This place won?t last. Just went for dinner at The BOSS grill in Berlin for my wife's birthday. (Her choice) This was her 3rd time here and my 1st.... The owners Roberta and Ken were really nice and had some time to talk with them. You would have thought we knew them foryears! Really good food, prices and atmosphere! I had the Boss Dog, which was great. We were there 9 people in total andeveryone 6yrs old to grandma loved their food! And the milkshake...mmmmmm! We will definitely be a fairly regular customerthere!! They are not open Saturday and Sunday, so plan to go during the week for lunch or dinner.
