Been going there for years. Lived in New Britain Moved to Middletown Ct. I just love this restaurant. Bella?s extremely hit or miss. I am a very loyal customer and I have ordered from here so many times. Unfortunately, today is... likely my very last time ordering from here. Not sure if this is Chicago or New York style pizza where the toppings are all jammed in the corner like this, but it certainly... made each slice a unique experience. Each piece was a flavor snowflake, one that tasted of just dough, one that had a hint ofsauce, one that was just a giant pile of cheese. Something for the whole family! Read more

I order a mashed potato pizza with caramelized onions.But they weren?t actually caramelized onions. And it was just so... flavorless. Just bad. I do not recommend. I also order a spicy buffalo chicken pie with crispy chicken but it wasn?t what Igot. It would definitely be the last time I order from here. Terrible experience. And I work in customer service. Went here for Mother?s Day with my mom and boyfriend and we got a simple... margarita pizza. The sauce was flavorless/watery, barely any cheese, and actually tasted horrible. It also took at least an hourto get to our table. I don?t think I would?ve said anything except that this was the second time trying to come back there.(Last time it was chicken parm that was burnt and soggy). There will not be a third chance I suppose especially since they werefighting us that it wasn?t terrible and they initially made my boyfriend pay full price for this terrible thing before I wentback in and they refunded us. I ordered a cheese pizza, got no cheese just sauce, the delivery was almost 30 minutes late, it said would come at 9:09 ordered... at 8:47 didn?t come until 9:35. Waited almost an hour for a pizza with no cheese. Read more
The food is good. The people are nice. They have a great menu as well.
