Terrible customer service follow up. Last time, pizza was undercooked. Called to let them know, they apologized and said a free... pizza will be on my phone number next time I call in. Jet's Pizza does square Detroit-style pizza and they do it consistently well. I've not had a bad pie out of this place! They... make a quality product that's tasty, though it certainly isn't cheap. We've never had issues with orders being mixed up. Theyare always very hot. This site can be very popular, especially on game days, graduation time, and around the holidays. It'sworth the wait, though we prefer to drop by and pick up the pizza. Parking is always tight on their side lot. If you can affordto walk a half-block, park down Coolidge or further up where the parking isn't so tight. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and the first one didn?t have any sauce. The second pizza was suppose to be square instead of round and it was... cold and old. Called to speaks with the manager and he told me to contact corporate to receive a credit and that hung up on metwice. The manager also told me he doesn?t have to deal with me. I?ve ordered pizza from the location from years and never hadany problems with the food or manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND THE MANAGER IS RUDE. Read more
