The Elmhurst location on York Rd. is the best! Great service, so clean, coupons accepted and of course GOOD food.
Food poisoning 3 times from the same location. I actuelly gave these guys a chance...I was only regular customer during covid19.... They made my order for literly 2 years and cant remember it. I gave these guys multiple chances and they proved to be inept. Thechicken is spoiled and I have never seen then FIFA their food...and I went ther every 3 days for 2 years. Horrible customer service. Went in for one sandwhich and the whole time the guy was on his phone with a Bluetooth in his ear. On... top of that he was being rude by raising his voice and giving attitude. Never coming back here. This happened 10/20/19 around3:50 pm. Read more
Wish i would have read earlier reviews before stopping here. Guy talking on his phone the entire time while making my order. By... far the worst experience i have ever had at Subway. Food quality and service were terrible. Restrooms were also filthy, feltlike washing my hands there actually made them less clean. Read more
Food was fine but service is questionable. Worker was talking on phone while taking order and making sandwich. Should of... walked out with such poor and rude manners, but Jimmy Johns was to far and I was hungry. Next time it’s jimmy johns orsubway in Elmhurst where customer service is better. Read more

I just left this Berkeley location and it's normally one of the best, but they seem to have hired a woman with the worst people... skills I've seen. I can not trust a person with this attitude to prepare my food. I can't risk it in a $6.00 sandwich. Read more
Meatballs were very cold at 11:30 am. Man behind the counter said that he heated them up in microwave this morning. He took... apart half my sandwich to heat up the Meatballs in the microwave again. Terrible, Terrible service. Read more
