Favorite cafe on campus. Just remember they close at 3 if you come here to study
I was offered a substitution ingredient in my salad because they were out of the usual one and the lady who makes the coffee... chimed in just as I was about to pay to deny it..\neven after I asked her directly to honor the offer I had just agreed to withthe order person! I said to her that she could nix it after me but couldn\'t she honor what was just promised. She denied herregular uc staff customer! Not a good Yali\'s practice to renege on the offer I was given and especially after the customerappeals it politely to her face. Being a regular customer at the Qualcomm Yalis obviously means nothing and is not an element intheir idea of good customer service. No problem, I will do business with other places that honor their offers and recognize thevalue of customer repeat business. Read more
