Reviews for The Hidden Cafe in Berkeley, CA
Way too cute interior and the whole team is super pleasant to interact with! The peachy matcha was lovely and the in-house... apricot financier spoke sweet nothings to me. Luckily not too terribly hidden so it was easy to find, esp on a bike next to thepark. Quality local business worthy of your $!! Read more
Japanese coffee shop hidden alongside Strawberry Creek Park! Fantastic setting alongside a nice sunny field. I got a Kokuto... Iced Americano ($3.25), and wasn?t great. It was kind of too sweet and not very strong. Read more

it gud! really good latte it had a name that started with a K I think and I got the coffee cake and it was honestly kind of... expensive! but when I took my first bite it was delicious and so i forgive the sin of it costing so much money. also the coffeecake is huge, you can probably share it with one other person so it's good :] Read more
Drinks here are nothing special, but the food/pastry/dessert selections are really interesting and tasty and the location facing... Strawberry Creek Park is great for a lazy weekend morning/afternoon coffee hour with friends. I went at around 1:30pm on aSaturday and was able to find free street parking a short walk away. The cafe was busy, but I was able to order and get my drinkin a reasonable amount of time. I had a decent Earl grey and my friend had a hojicha latte which she said was not impressive. The white chocolate chip and cranberry cookie was chewy and buttery with lemon zest that really made it bright and extra tasty. The savory croissant pastry was like okonomiyaki in croissant form. Super creative and yummy! Read more
