The place was very run down inside. Lots of stains and damage done to tables and building. There were at least 7 employees... working but no one would speak English and no one would take an order I wanted to pay cash I waited for over 20 minutes and Isat 4 feet from pick up counter I watched them put my order on counter in back and they never called my name I finally had tobang on the plexiglass and demand my order and I paid for two drinks I never got but they won't acknowledge the customers evenexist so I left with out them. I asked for my order to dine in and it was made to go. I also saw they had no ice. Tables andfloor were filthy! I will never return to this location! And I suggest you don't if you only speak English and or want any typeof customer service. Read more
The slowest and dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever visited. Hard to find a table cause of the homeless folks. It took 30 mins to get... my order. My order was wrong. No lettuce, no tomatoes on a burrito supreme? Appalled. Read more
Love this place. The food is great here. They are severely understaffed but they continue to be as fast as they can and make... orders accurately. Before the pandemic, staffing wasn?t an issue but I am guessing the pandemic hurt their business as it didmany others. Happy they didn?t close. Reminder to students to be kind to the workers and understand how they have no part in howthe staffing is managed here. It?s a great spot to eat and I have many memories here as a Cal student. I have been to this location multiple times and was always happy with the visit. Food came out fast and accurate. This is the... only Taco Bell I have found that has beer on tap. It made me really happy because I love Taco Bell and beer. Every where elsethat has beer and food is a lot more expensive. The staff was friendly to ever who walked in. The place was clean also. Y'all really did me dirty ???????????? I ordered on doordash, I ordered a cravings pack and a Baja blast and some sauce. Y'all... gave me regular mountain dew, no ice, and you didn't even fill the cup ???? and we didn't get any sauces. UPDATE: at least theliquor store is solid. It looks like most of the one-star reviews on here are from angry drunk man-childs who don't get what they want or from people... complaining about long wait times in 2017. In the past 2 years, I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my order soidk what everyones talking about. Longest wait in 2017 I've had was prob on the 10-15 mark when it was SWAMPED. While I wouldsay rating fast food establishments on Yelp is pretty pointless, this seems to be the only spot to honor how much Taco Bell hasdone to feed anyone struggling to get a meal for under $5. There are not many establishments open past 8 PM in berkeley but thisis one of the few. While corporate chains are not the solution to that problem, this band-aid has been sorely needed. I haven'tseen my man Elijah here in a while, but I hope he is well and secretly won the lottery or something because he sure as helldeserves it. There isn't a person on this earth as sweet and wonderful as him. And here's to the women that work here and grindharder than any food worker I've seen on Durant or Telegraph. Read more
