I absolutely love this place. The sandwiches are hefty and always leave me full. They have a variety of different sandwiches and... the owners are very kind. In brief, Nom Nom makes a thoroughly average banh mi. Though the bread is nicely fresh, the veggies are too sour and do not... speak to the naturally fresh flavor found in cheaper Vietnamese sandwich shops throughout the Bay Area. I was initially excitedby the copies of Nom Nom?s history and mission statement spread throughout the restaurant, but found the food did not matchthese lofty goals. Do NOT get the Vietnamese coffee. I cannot recommend this little gem of a sandwich shop highly enough! This is the real deal! I love that they have a vegan... option! the sandwiches are huge, with fresh, beautiful fillings artfully arranged and piled high! The Vietnamese coffee isstrong and delicious!
