My order was #805 on 10/26/22, and once again, order was incorrect. I ordered a McDouble and received a McChicken instead. Last... time I go to this store. Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes to be told at the order window they are only taking cash and not even mobile orders. Then... I had to sit in line for another 15 minutes to get out of line to go to a functional restaurant. Atleast put a visible sign outsaying "cash only" so I don't waste my time. Read more

Someone here at this McDonalds is pulling a fast one. Two days ago - 5/5-2022, I purchased two cheeseburgers, fries and coke. ... I requested the "regular size." It was all put into a bag and I went to the table. I opened the bag and immediately noticedthat the fries were in what appeard to be a small paper bag (Not boxed) and when I went to the counter and enquired, I pulledout the bag to show. The small bag was stamped ?Large? and I enquired further. Much to my surprise the teller said that yes...this was now the large fry order! This new deception is LESS than 1/2 or the medium order that comes with the large fry comboof the two burgers, fry and coke. I won?t be headed to this McDonalds again and when on the road, if this is the norm... I willstop eating at the McDonalds chains from now on! This is one of the McDonald store where I would always prefer to stop by and grab a burger and a glass of soda or a cup of... coffee before I go home from school or any other places. Amenities of the store, helpful servers, pleasant surrounding, cleanstore & all the best possible facilities for the customer are available here including drive-thru! Only the cons about thisstore is that they don't have phone charging point. Read more
So. It's McDonald's. Been to hundreds. This place is located in a convenient spot. Often the only option. Drive thru order of... more than 2 items NEVER correct. Quarter pounder? Cold and raw or cold and dry/dry/burnt. Fries cold and raw no salt or entiresalt shaker. Nuggets cold and burnt or cold and older than my youngest (26 now) It's as if all of the other McDonald's in theBay Area drop off food that shouldn't be sold here. Management doesn't care. The staff doesn't care. They don't listen. Somedon't understand. It's always annoying when they read the screen back to you you, give you bag and look confused when you showthem the contents are completely wrong. This business is all buttons. It should not be hard to work at. If the ffood getscooked wrong long or whatever it's no good. If it gets wasted it's not my problem. IT'S MY MONEY. I don't recommend thisrestaurant to anyone.
