The employee at the counter was not the friendliest, but it would have been fine if the smoothie was well made. I?ve liked Jamba... elsewhere, but the fruit in the smoothie was not blended at all. I couldn?t drink it or even eat it without a spoon. Reallydisappointing. Read more

They never do their acai primo bowls correctly. I feel that I always have to explain I don't want my bowl to be watered down and... even when I say that it is still watered down. I might as well buy a smoothie because that is the consistency of the bowl everytime I get one. It is really rare that I go in there and it is done correctly. Read more

Terrible customer service every time I go. I don't understand why the cashier is dealing with customers when he's so rude to... anyone who walks in. He treats people like they are wasting his time and has a stand offish attitude. Move him to just make himdo smoothies and have other people cashier, it just makes the store look incredibly unprofessional. Read more

That was the first time I've ever seen such an attitude from a business employee in the US. Well, it's true that just two... persons is not enough for busy hours and put a lot of pressure on employees but yet I believe it shouldn't reflect on theirbehavior toward customers. Attitude with the service when it is not busy and only taking an order from one person is too noticeable and straight up rude.... Definitely doesn't come close to the same customer service she gives to her friend. How do I know it's her friend? The personcame in and started having a conversation without hesitation with the employee about having a spare cell phone charger. And theemployee was definitely more cheerful to talk to her about that than about taking our order. The place also reeks of bleach orsome other chemical. I stepped out for a good minute to catch my breath while waiting for my order. The store hours states theyclose at 7pm. I was there prior to 6 and left not too long after 6pm, the employee, locks the door behind us after we leave withher friend still inside. I don't know how to feel about this one. Unpleasant, yes. But definitely unprofessional. The drinkswere subpar. Read more

The guy locked the door more than ten minutes before closing and refused to open when I got there ten minutes before closing. If... I was the owner, I'd be pissed. That was fine orders that weren't taken. I'm certainly not coming back, if I have a choice. Read more

We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and were locked out of the store. There was a long line of customers inside and when one of them... left we tried to go in. The door was then slammed in our faces by an employee who said they were closed even though the signsays they're open until 7.
