Please go eat in another Chipotle. As a regular customer here, the amount of food that they give is very inconsistent,... especially during one or two hours before they closed, everyone is cleaning the kitchen. As a result, they don't want to cookanymore food so they feed you like the pigeons outside of the store. I really wish the manger can properly train those collegestudents. Just because you got into UC Berkeley, it doesn't mean you can do a good job in food services. So sick and tired ofgetting half bowl of food while paying the whole price. Read more
I got a salad burrito bowl and I got double chicken and the met was way way too hot. Who ever made the meat did not taste it I... almost threw up after my first bite that?s how hot the meat was that was made tonight. I tried to call and speak to someoneabout it but Chipotle doesn?t answer the phone even though they have a phone number listed. I was very disappointed I couldn?teat my meal because it was too hot. The restaurant is still closed until 10:45am. I wish it opens earlier like 6:30am and serves breakfast. Many UC Berkeley... students and others are tired to eat in McDonald's which is nearby and would be delighted if Chipotle makes it happen. Read more
So every time I order a kids meal they do it differently ! They didn't have kids trays so they gave me a bowl. In most cases... they give a little more if I don't get meat for my son. I ordered 2 exact same burritos and a burritos bowl. Here is what I got: one burrito was half the size of the other one, the... ingredients were mixed up and I feel cheated. When I complained online I got an offer of buy one get one free. I should havehad my order refunded at least for the miniature burrito I received - avoid this location at all cost. Read more
