Use to be a decent place, but have had a few issues. The most recent one was when a steak was ordered well done Friday evening,... the waitress felt the need to come over and say, "The chef is upset that you're destroying a good piece of meat." It would havetake zero effort to not shame her customers like that. Fries are also hit and miss if they'll be good or soggy. Waited over 1 hr. for our meal. We were told it was busy and would be a 45 min wait. Didn't get my meal. My husband did get... his. So when server finally came back, she felt bad. Perfect spot for lunch. Great sports bar with ample TVs and variety of games to watch. The tables were unique cut wood slabs... that will catch your eye right off. Enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. We always like to interact with the staffa bit and this place did not disappoint. We stopped in on a Wednesday night. It wasn't busy, but service and food was very good. The buffalo chips were very good. The... burger was also juicy and cheese was melted perfectly. Busch light was on tap so that is also a win. Read more
I have stopped at Bertz Sports Bar and Grill a few times when traveling through the Beresford area and have not been... disappointed. Their wings are good, and on my most recent visit, I had the bacon cheeseburger and Buffalo chips, also very good.The staff is friendly and service is good. Last time there, Christy took great care of us. Friendly and attentive, she went outof way to make sweet tea for my colleague. Will definitely return again when I?m in the area. Read more
