This location has fast friendly service ( for an Arby's ). Like everywhere els they to at times are short staffed. So if you... catch one of those days be patient, they will take care of you as fast as they can. This location also has high quality foodthat is great tasting ( in my opinion ). Prices are reasonable and it is easy to get in and out of. Car repair shop right nextdoor so if you need your car fixed and your hungry it will be a 2 for 1 convenient stop. If your a train spotter this would ve agood place to catch a glimpse of your favorite engine going by as you grab your favorite snack. Would recommend this Arby's. Read more

Stopped in to place a carry-out order for five people. Employees were extremely nice and my order did not take long to receive,... even with it being lunchtime. I was missing one item, which I'm sure they would have given me if I had gone back. I usually gothru drive-thru to get items for snacking. Have been visiting this location for quite a few years with no real problems. Read more

Staff was chaotically trying to fill orders while apparently short staffed, unfortunately in the chaos they gave me someone... else's order at the drive through. This mistake was probably made worse by the fact the tape used to seal the order preventedthem from being able to look inside to verify the contents as what I ordered. Unfortunately, I drove from the Arby's to where Iwas taking the meals for a couple of my workers only to find the error when breaking the seal. I called back and (probably dueto short staffing) it took around 10-12 rings for an answer to their phone. I gave my name and explained the issue, stating Iwould be driving back and expected my order to be made correctly by when I got back to the store. Unfortunately, theinformation was not relayed properly and so when I arrived back I still had to wait for a remake on the order. The staff wasapologetic and said I could keep the first order given to me since the seal was broken and they could no longer give it toanyone else. In giving three stars I am giving an allowance for the current staffing issues and chaos as well as how theyresponded. Were this to happen during any time when staffing was not such an issue, and them not so busy, I would give a lessunderstanding review. Read more

This is the first time I?ve had an issue with this Arby?s location. We?ve ordered many times from here and it?s always been... good. However, after picking up an order we placed online we realized they forgot the drinks for both meals, I ordered a beefand cheddar and they gave me a plain beef sandwich no cheese or sauce, my cheddar ranch chicken sandwich also had no sauce on itso it was very dry and my husband?s Swiss bacon ranch sandwich had no bacon or sauce either. We spent close to $30.00 altogetherand unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I order from here regularly because it?s the one take out place I can rely onfor good food. I hope it gets better or I won?t be returning. UPDATE: 3 weeks later I received a letter in the mail from Arbysstating they are sorry for my bad experience and will notify the restaurant. They also gave me a coupon for one free small meal.I appreciate that they did follow up with my complaint unlike some places I have reviewed but seeing how they are a 4.2 billiondollar company they could have at least refunded my $30.00 or even given me a coupon for two free meals or even a meal largerthen a small size. I feel like they did the bare minimum to correct the bad experience. No one called me or even emailed me. Itwas just a generic letter they probably mail out to anyone that complains. Disappointed.
