Food was good, service was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the food they offered. Did not know if hot dogs were beef... and did not offer to check. Was not sure if they had the onion rings that were on the menu board. Bathroom fllors neededscrubbed badly, black goo built up in grout and along the walls. Read more
This place was empty and we stood for 15 or so minutes to place an order. We never saw anyone anywhere. I even rang the bell... and someone hollered thank you but, never did come to take our order. We had a bad experience there once before with thebubbling Cole slaw but this time was totally ridiculous. They need to get someone to manage this place or just close itcompletely down. If I could give this location zero stars I would. It was horrible. We came inside to order, we ordered for 6 people. We waited... 35 mins and they were not busy. There was no one inside when we ordered. The fries were nothing but grease and cold. The burgerpatties were hard around the edges. The fish had been sitting a while it was tough. The chicken was hot but that was the lastthing that was pulled out. I was even asked if I even wanted my hush puppies cause at this point it had been 35 mins already andI watched my food sit out opened in a container and the cheese curds sitting in the basket on the counter. I just hope we do notget food poisoning from this or anyone in my family. We were traveling and have no Long John's near us so we were excited. Butwe will NEVER be back here. There were literally 10 DIFFERENT employees that I saw in there and it was ran horrible! Healthdepartment needs to check this location out and the young kids in there need training! Read more

I went in and placed an order for my family at 5:45 as my receipt shows. We were the only customers there the whole time I stood... at the counter waiting for my food.....for over 30 minutes!!! There were 5 employees that I saw! The guy getting our food ready(Victor, according to the receipt) kept getting one or two items at a time and adding them to the boxes sitting on the counterand leaving the boxes open so by the time he finally gave us 1/2 our order it was COLD and we had to ask him to do it again andtell him not to put any food in the box until it was ALL ready.......! During this 30 minutes I had to ask 3 times for theburger I ordered and the cheese curds I ordered since they were still not making an appearance. I asked if a manager was workingand was told by 2 staff members that he was in his office playing video games. One of the staff left to get him but came backand said he woud be there when he finished his level!!! What kind of business is this?? Where the heck is corporate for this lowclass act? The staff finally get all of our food toegther and bring it to us only for the fries to ALL be cold again. Then themanager (a kid named Chase, I asked) comes out and asks me "whats your problem?". I politely explain and he huffs and rolls hiseyes and says "so you want your money back" and starts refunding my money. Of course, I had no objections because as much as Ilove LJS I will happily keep that $50 for a Long Johns owner that actually cares about their company. We ended up going to Lee'sand received AMAZINGLY hot fresh food in less than 5 minutes! :) Save time and go there first if you want amazing food andservice in less than 5 minutes. *Time stamps shown on receipts and please remember we were the only people there the whole timewhich probably should have told us something. I went down and there was a 10 to 15 min wait. So I waited and after paying over 50 bucks on fast food I didn't even get all my... order. I was told I could come back to get the rest but then the rest of the food would be cold if I did and I was told I couldcome tomorrow and pick them uo then. Would've been better if I could've gotten it when I ordered it instead the next day when Idon't need it. Paying these people anymore more money an hr and they can't even complete an order. The employee where absolutely wonderful, and personable. My meal looked identical to the picture, and tasted great! I spent ... less than 7 minutes in the drive through!! I'll be going back soon! Read more
