Received exactly what I expected: Disappointment. Been eating @ Wendy's since the late 70s. I've telling myself the lie that... it has not gone downhill. I was in town and was craving Baconator. Drove up and no one in Drive Thru line and seemed likedining room wasn't busy. Parking lot was pretty empty. Around 7pm. I waited for some response @ the Drive Thru. 10 -15Seconds seemed like an eternity, with no one ahead of me. Finally, someone spoke. I requested Baconator politely and she saidwhat drink. That's when I knew she wasn't listening to me very well. I politely replied sandwich only and a Strawberry frostyplease. I don't know the abbreviations on the Drive Thru display monitor and was tired. I was not expecting a wrongly enteredorder. I remember I could not hear her too clearly. Cashier name on receipt was Morgan. Didn't see a name tag when I arrived@ the pick up window. Not very friendly, whoever she was. Kind of smug. Not mean. I just did not feel welcome. Paid for myorder and left. When I got home, I did not have a Baconator. Huge disappointment. Who can afford to eat out much with today'sprices. Wendy's is not exactly cheap. Trying to figure out how you messed up a salad. Then expect someone to drive back across town. I know they see the gas prices... are too high for the inconvenience of a messed up order when they weren't busy. They offer to fixed it next visit. I was hungry then. Not tomorrow. I love Wendy's this is one of the worst locations in the U.S. that "I" have been too. Lawton, Okalahoma is #1. They are slow and... inconsistent in Bentonville, often serves cold and expired food. I worked at sonic and I know their protocal and sometimes I amSHOCKED at the poor quality they serve our family, also forgetting napkins or condiments. Tell ya what, a cold, DRY spiceychicken doesn't hit the same. That said it is GREAT,hot and fresh when they aren't serving 20 minute old spicy chickenpatties,that lost 2 oz of moisture in the steamer pans. Read more
