It's not the same without Trent working there but Shay, Lacey, Ginny, Teresa, Kent, and Tom are keeping the good vibes going.... I'm one of very few that even considers tipping the cooks along with the server that takes either my to go order or when I sithigh bar. I'm glad they're patient with me after dealing with difficult college kids or the usual drunks once the bar closes.Overnights should receive weekend hazard pay instead of the usual, because they definitely have earned and deserve it!! Stopped in around 4pm on a Monday, and I had the BEST experience. All the staff greeted us so warmly that we felt like cousins... dropping into Auntie's kitchen. Table service was accurate and friendly. The food was made completely on point. This was myfirst visit (ever) to a Waffle House, and I won't be hesitating to make a return visit. Read more
First and last waffle house experience ever. I ate with my wife, 2 yo and a baby. Needs negative stars. They charged for water,... sugar, creamer, ketsup, salt and pepper..$85 dollar for breakfast, and no, we did not order that much. Never going toanother again, lots more choice of getting a true 5 star breakfast if I'm paying 5 star prices. I did complain and was toldthat's the price. Read more

Customer service was GREAT! Since this one hasn't been reopened for a while, it was less crowded than the long wait time at the... one in Centerton. The food was overcooked - sunny side up, scrambled, bacon, sausage ALL overdone. We were hungry so we ate mostof what wasn't burnt. The coffee was good and the waffle was yummy. I ordered a city ham and that was not overdone, but I feltsorry for who ordered the bacon and sausage. I will be back when I'm craving WH of course. Read more
Worked 65 hour in 5 days.... Waffle House was my start to treating me.... This visit really sucked.... Got egg order wrong and... was served the other items. Grits were warm to begin with so not great when eggs came to my table. Server wasn't happy andhaving issues with cook thus sitting at the bar really was a bad experience. Got food to go. It's ALWAYS good, they're all pretty consistent too. I like that. Very friendly employees and fair prices.
