Put in an order on the mobile app and then sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before having to just go back to work without... lunch. When I called to talk to the manager about a refund none of the managers were able to come to the phone. So clearly noone at this location. Actually knows what there job is. Wife used the app to order food. But when we got there they had nothing,and they are open till 2. So they had no beans, no... cinnamon twists no Locos Tacos. Definitely no fries but they sold out even though we paid for all the food on the app. Idefinitely feel that there is a need for new management for this location. Read more
This location is by far the absolute worst for me. I was again shorted 2 items and another item was not prepared as I had... requested.i ordered online so it can?t be hard to follow those instructions. One of these were supposed to have tomatoes. And From the looks of it, it only has about 2 potatoes on it. The manager could?ve... been a lot nicer about the situation. She pretty much said there was nothing wrong with our order, AND SHE SAID SHE GAVE ME AEXTRA BURRITO FOR FREE!!!! (Which would be 4 burritos). The worst location. They gave me beef when i had vegan substitutions. Second time they gave me beans but literally it looks like... someone just took ot out of store room and put it in a bag and gave it to me.No veggies just a spoon of beans and that is mychalupa. 5 pieces of stale rock hard potatoes for my crunchy taco... lol Read more
Terrible! Chalupa not cooked, charged for supreme tacos and received no lettuce or tomatoes, forgot the Crunchwrap and had to go... back through the extremely long wait to get to the window. The steak quesadilla had no sauce. Either the staff needs to bebetter trained or they need to understand that people work hard for their money and are willing to accept longer wait times fora quality product. I ordered on the app at 4:50pm. Arrived in the mobile drive thru window at 5:30. Sat there until 6pm. Turned around and went... inside to pick up my food. I only ordered a Mexican Pizza and a beef burrito. They said they didn?t have my order. The girl atthe front was nice and there were a lot of people complaining. She took a picture of my order and said they never got it. I satand waited another 45 min. It was almost 7pm when I left! I got home and opened my box and got the worst food I?ve ever had!Please coach and work with your staff. I never complain. I frequently stop at this location for a mobile order pickup. They are often out of something I've ordered. Inconsistent in... their food quality. I eat at lots of Taco Bell locations monthly, and this one is the most inconsistent but not the worst. Ihave ordered options available in the app for an extra charge and then arrived to be mocked for ordering them as the managerstates, "we've never had that available." Sometimes is really good though.
