I did mobile order. It wasn?t ready when I arrived. I got in the long line so they could make it. Told the guy I had a mobile... order. He asked me if he could serve the guy behind me and then do the mobile order. I had to let the guy behind me get servedfirst. Took an hour from order to final pick up. The incompetence was amazing. Big failure today?.. 3 of us waited behind 4 other customers for about 15 minutes while 2 employees made 1 sandwich per while... disappearing into kitchen. First of our party got helped then 1 employee pulled list of what I assume was delivery or takeoutorders and working on building those orders while other disappeared into kitchen. Waited almost 5 more minutes and line nowliterally 10-15 waiting customers deep and total time of almost 25 minutes in store for us. Asked lady to check one sandwich outfor our party of 3 and so 30 minutes in-stire, 1 sandwich and no answer from either employee as to why no sandwiches being madefor instore customers?we paid and left?.Never Again. I give this place five stars Specifically for the Employees David and Trish. They were absolutely amazing, And David's Sandwich... skills are incredible, My sandwich was not easy to do...or fold. Please don't bother visiting this Subway at 14th St, Exit 86. Of all the Subways I've ever been, this is the worst in... Bentonville. Once this was good, but looks like it's run by some interns. I've got really soggy subs which is impossible to eat.The chicken was undercooked as well. While I raised concern about this footlong, the salesperson asked me for a paper receipteven after I told them that it's an ONLINE order. Read more

This location has been recently remodeled and it flows much better. New menu options are great Nd tasty. Staff was bare minimum... of friendly. All the lettuce was brown unfortunately. Read more
