All I have to say is customer connection is top priority in the customer service industry. Why are you working in such a public... job where you're going to socialize with people back to back if you're a snot! Claudia and Chad....you guys were both rude. I'ma partner and I get Starbucks cant be easy at times to work for BUT it gives you no reason to go out of your way to be hateful.The drinks didn't end properly which I had asked for the sprinkles that go on top of the drink and Claudia had huffed and puffedso annoyed I even asked. When she was done with her little piddly half shake on each she rolled her eyes and said "was thereanything else!?" In which I had said yes I'm just waiting on my coffee to be ground. The girl at the front was so sweet andrespectful I want to say her name was kaylan. I had called the store to get Claudia's name since she wasn't wearing her name tagand Chad had answered. (I think that was his name is) anyways he was refusing to give me her name I wasn't rude or disrespectfulat all to either of them. I had told him I wanted to leave a review and that's when he finally gave it. I have bad days at worktoo but I will be er take my aggression out on a customer. It?s ended. I just can?t go to Starbucks any longer and be treated like I?m a distraction. I attempted to walk in to order... this week at this store and waited a full 5+ minutes at the counter to order: not one of the half dozen employees said hellonor did anyone take my order. This is not new?service has steadily declined across Starbucks in general. Mobile, drive throughhas killed it. What happened to a great, welcoming customer experience? It?s a good product, but I can find a good productelsewhere and be appreciated for my business. Farewell Starbucks. Read more

I don't understand why the staff are so unfriendly? I order a drink inside and they won't look you in eye. It's bizarre. Its... just coffee kids. Diversity is being open to everyone and not judging others because they don't look like you. The hair colorthing, cool. Its nothing new. We did it over 40 years ago. Employees were very professional and very friendly. The food that we purchased was better than what I had expected I would... definitely recommend this Starbucks and I will also definitely be going back there. I have tried other Starbucks and did notlike them and did not use Starbucks for a long time until my friend said let's stop and I said no let's go someplace else andshe said no I feel like having Starbucks so I ordered and I am so glad I did it was nothing like any of the other Starbucks thatI've been to this is the best Starbucks and I will always go back Read more

I love my local Starbucks, they know my name, order, so happy to help. However on this day, I went to a different store and I... attempted to order a specific drink through the drive through, the man taking the order kept trying to change my order. I triedexplaining why I order this way, less carbs, calories, acidity, etc. He would not change the order, cut me off and told me togo to the window, therefore my husband doesn't get to order. When I got to the window, same thing, with refusing to make thedrink I want. He hands me the incorrectly made drink and shuts the drive through window. Didn't get the guys name, but MrBearded grumpy man, your job is customer service, you are not doing it right when you refuse to make the drink a customer ordersand treat people so rudely. You might want to seek a different career. Needless to say drink was too acidic, tart, had to bethrown out. Will never go to this store again. Owner/Manager... May want to invest in customer service training with beardguy, I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week, never have been treated so poorly. Read more

The drive through line was insanely long so we decided to go inside to order. Savvy was a positive ray of sunshine despite all... the chaos around her. Thank you Savvy for making our day so special! Food is always hot, staff is always great, service is great. I get the sausage sandwich and it's a good quick meal. It's hard... for me to find a coffee that's not too bitter so that's not my thing, sometimes the staff makes a good recommendation tho. Read more

I came here to this location because I loved how gorgeous the outside of the building was! Super modern looking! I went inside... and placed my order. I was greeted by just about every barista working that morning, they were very friendly. Fast service andgreat tasting coffee! They also have a large collection of gifts and souvenir cups too.
