We ordered the Razorback bowl, and it was pretty good except that for being a strawberry base, the base had basically no flavor.... Also of the two employees working today, the one that checked us out didn?t even say a single word to us or look at us at all.The other girl was nice, but we were not greeted or told goodbye on our way out. Not fun to feel like an inconvenience whenyou?re just trying to get something to eat. I do not really want a free bowl, as this customer service problem seems to havegone on for a long time. I?ve occasionally stopped in to Rush Bowls a few times since opening and it?s always like this. Itseems that a certain type of person always gets hired, which is pretty obvious to me, as the employees always look like acertain type of person. Maybe hire friendlier people or diversify a little bit. I understand there is a staffing issue, whichcan be difficult, but the employees you DO have need to be compassionate individuals that know how to care for their customers. Read more
We were from put of town and love smoothie bowls to we stopped in. The women that ordered Behind Us requested to have hers done... before us for an Apt. The young lady accommodated her. Was awful business practices! Would not go back. Read more
Loved the look of the place but the green RX smoothie we ordered literally had no flavor. Like drinking thick water?. With s... hint, and I must stress HINT of flavor. Don?t understand how you make a smoothie with actual ingredients that taste almost likewater or watered down vitamin water?. Won?t be back Read more
Glad I stopped here for breakfast when I was in town. 100x better than those "breakfasts" you get at the hotel. Definitely be... stopping back in next time I'm in Bentonville. Read more
The flavor and consistency of the bowl and granola was excellent. A pricey snack but that's normal for bowls. My only complaint... is the toppings - there's a great selection but I wish the bowl came with more than one fruit. Also the bowl was deep but notlong so there was not enough topping for the amount of smoothie. Overall yummy. Read more

This place is great. Fresh flavors, creamy flavors, rich flavors abound. So much healthier than ice cream for a sweet treat fix.... They have peanut butter, granola, fruit, nuts, etc. for toppings. The bowls they use are top rack dishwasher safe, and thespoons change color when they get cold. You have quite a choice to make the first time you visit Rush Bowl, but it's a greattime.
