The bakery items were great, and the breakfast sandwich was nice as well. Definitely beats the competition! My only subtle grip... is that I ordered online ahead of time for the quick pick-up option in store. I was directed to the pick-up shelf once entering,but my food was not there. I waited and waited until finally a staff grabbed my bag from the dine-in pick-up counter and askedfor my name. It was mine. It had been ready the whole time, just in the wrong place. ???????Not a huge deal but I was in a hurryand had ordered ahead of time for a reason. Not a deal breaker (lol) I'll be back again! This Panera always does a great job with our order and is super accommodating for any changes. Be prepared that as with all... Paneras there is more food preparation occurring than with some other fast food places, so if you go through the drive throughit will be relatively slow. I always try to order ahead on the app and pick up inside for a quicker turnaround. Read more
Did not have a good experience. I went with my granddaughters for lunch because they like the Mac and Cheese. We went about... 11:00 thinking it wouldn't be too crowded. Order was taken quickly but things went downhill from there...our buzzer never wentoff and we were waiting quite a while. I knew they were busy, perhaps with takeout orders, so tried to be patient. Finally acustomer came up to us and told us it looked like our order was up...but it had been sitting there for quite awhile, so the foodwas cold. The girls didn't mind, but my sandwich was cold and dry...and it was the wrong sandwich! I ate it anyway because Ididn't want to wait any longer, but I did express how upset I was to the manager, who apologized and said he would look into it.The entire meal cost $37... definitely not worth it! Haven?t been here in a long time and I remember why. Service is horrendous. I ordered Mac and cheese bread bowl. Took 15 minutes... (2:00 in the afternoon). Buzzer went off, guy told me to place it down with the rest and didn?t say another word. I sat therefor another minute and asked if my order was indeed ready. He said which one is yours? Yea said I am number 48. He says I don?tknow the numbers, what did you have? I said Mac and cheese bread bowl. He pushes a plate in front of me and says looks like theygave you the small bread with some Mac. I just said ok and walked away. I was hungry and I didn?t want to raise an argument. Thefood was cold. The guy was rude to others too. A lady asked him if there were anymore large lids and he said, ?I don?t know, Ijust got here?. I won?t be back. They need to get a manager that can run this place. Horrible experience. Used the catering process online. Panera failed to accurately fill the order (wrong soups.) $70 for 3... soups and a couple of loafs of bread. There was not even close to enough soup for a party of 11 (that we specified whileordering online) But more troubling was the way the staff treated my wife. We have always enjoyed Panera but won't be rewardingthem with our business anymore. Read more
I love having Panera - it always hits the spot and is mostly the same in all locations. Not only is the food always good but the... app makes it foolproof to order/pick-up. This location is right on the main road and pretty close to the interstate. Wetypically always get the new flatbread pizza - must try! Read more
My meal ordered was as expected- but my apple ???? had multiple bruises/ had to throw it away ???? Who ever put that apple ????... in my bag should know what is a solid apple and one that is soft!!!! Read more
