Hello. So I just walked out at 10:20, ordered at 10:06. I have a small order of just 2 things and a drink. I watched the manager... (older lady and if she is not the manager it said it on her name tag, I didn?t get a good look for the name or anything) but Iwatched her cough into her own hands and grab our food to hand it to us, and when I get outside to my car I proceed to find avery long black hair in my bag of food. (my hair is brown same with my boyfriends) we are not happy with what service we got andthe fact I watched the manager cough onto her own hands before grabbing my food is unbelievable. She did not have gloves on oranything. No hair net either for all the people in the back cooking the food. Terrible service. Read more

Would not recommend going here after midnight. They switch to ?manual mode? meaning they only take cash and won?t take your... order until you get to the pick up window. It?s incredibly slow and a lot of their menu is unavailable. I ended up waiting inline for a half hour and they forgot part of my order. Read more
I usually go between 9am -4pm and I have always gotten fresh fries and fresh chicken from this store, they are always so nice.... Sometimes the line could move faster but that is not their fault. It takes time to cook food and I would rather have fresh thanold. Thank yall for being on yalls game all the time. Read more
I came here earlier in the evening around 8 to get a chocolate milkshake to share with my daughter, when I got home we both were... drinking it I noticed a wrapper in my drink so I called McDonald?s and they had tried to say no one ordered a milkshake. When Iknow that?s a lie. Eventually they offered to make me a new one but I declined bc I just wanted to let them know there was aplastic wrapper in my drink and my daughter could have swallowed it and choked. Read more
This place is a joke, I went to pick up 2 orders, 6 items each. Both were paid for and had an order number, but I had to pay... again in cash because it "didn't go through," 1st red flag... after I paid the cashier again, they tell me to go to the "pick-upwindow." Now, there are two windows after the initial window, one that has a sign that says "Pickup" with a number 2, and onethat has no sign above it. So, I follow the instructions of the cashier and wait...after 5 cars grab their orders and leave, Ipull to the front and go inside and ask why I am sitting for 10 minutes waiting for my orders, I am told by the manager, I amassuming, tells me I was at the wrong window and I will not receive it, at no time did any employee show initiative and tell acustomer they are in the wrong window, then why do you have a sign and number at the wrong window? Why would another employeetell me to go to the pick-up window? Avoid this place. And as I finally got my two personal orders, not delivery service. As Iwalk out the lid was not secure on my ice coffee an spilled on my clothes and I dropped it, but I was so mad I just wanted outof the "clown" restaurant....literally. Read more
Always loved coming here fries are always fresh and food is nice and warm. However, my husband picked up some McRibs late at... night and they weren't sausy enough. Also they did not want to give us extra BBQ they wanted to charge us for it. By far theworst experience we have had at this McDonald's. Read more
Poor management. Will not accept card or online orders past midnight because they go into ?manual mode?. I have come here the... past two nights after I get off work, and each time the line moves at a snail pace and the store won?t accept my McDonald?s apporder. I rarely leave negative reviews but I?m very disappointed in this place and have been for years. It?s most frustratingbecause the volume is there for them to be open later, but the owners/management apparently don?t want to make more money. Read more
