It's 730 am and breakfast sandwich case and pizza case are always empty. RollerBites look like they been rolling for several... hours. This happens all the time. Came in just before 5pm. There were only 3 slices of pizza that were obviously hours old and looked burnt. The cashier was... eating on the job and talking to customers with his mouth full...eating with his mouth open too...gross! Read more

Walked in @8pm to order pizzas on a Friday night 2 for 1 special. The kitchen closes at 9pm, and 1 pizza usually takes 10-15... minutes. The guy made me feel bad for ordering bc he was in the middle of cleaning the kitchen. Even though I was frustrated, Isaid no worries and that i would call another kum and go. I called EVERY one in bentonville before 8:10 and EVERY one of themdenied me lol. It was comical at that point. Just wanted to rant. Thanks Read more
Always love their free pizza Friday?s, but getting them to answer the phone or to be polite as Casey?s pizza is another story...... Pizza is always good, but answering the phone with ?what do you want? is not good customer service and half the time they don?thave the ingredients for the specific pizza you would like. At least this location answered the phone. The location on 102 inBentonville didn?t even answer after like 30 rings.... also, sometimes when you do call and it?s before 10, they say they aredone making pizzas for the night. Anyways, maybe a manager will see this and respond. I only post this bc it?s definitely notthe first time one of these issues have happened when trying to place an order. I will follow up with this after I get my Pizzathat I just called in and let all know how it went ( although the lady was rude that answers the phone, maybe she will get ordercorrect and not spit in my food :) )! I buy gas here on a regular basis, as this location has energy efficient lighting, and is a "green" building. There are 3 gas... stations that are about equi-distant from my home, and all other things being equal, I will go with a business that isenvironment friendly. I am deducting one star because of an instance a few months ago where the cashier was on her cell phone,and I had to wait several minutes to pay for my in-store purchases. Normally when I walk in Kum and Go, there's usually a little bit of a mess from people tossing receipts, putting stuff in the... wrong place but on this day, I was so pleased to see that everything was in the correct place and even the floors were clean andshiny! The employees are always super friendly and are never too busy to help you find something! Great job guys and ladies! Read more
