Spent $48 to get crispy chicken Not the original. This was 30 min before close got home and checked the order and it was wrong.... Tried to call and they did not pick up since it was late. I spoke to the manager the next day and he said he would take care ofit. I called back a week later and I guess it was not wrote down. So no one knows what I'm talking about and the manager I spokewith is never there when I call. So I'm about at a point where it's better to just use a different location and write it off. Iwill try one more time tomorrow if I can get a this taken care of I'll delete this. Read more
Haven't been to KFC in a long time. Cleaning bucket left unattended on a table top was a bit strange. Broom and long handle dust... bin left in a corner by the counter was not a good look. Missed some of my old favorite sides like cobbins of corn. I thinkthis is a new location. They don't seem to have their act together. Read more
Very disappointed with how dirty the lobby and dining area was. Came in with my family to enjoy a meal and every table and... underneath was dirty. There was no napkins or lids for cups. Spilled drinks all over the counter. The cashier was nice but itfelt disgusting eating in a place like that. We were the only dine in customers and drive thru was slow. I saw at least 3workers. No excuse for a dirty place like that. Read more
Unfortunately, if you're going to order food here you are going to wait atleast 20 minutes even if it's not busy. But I was more... bothered by the consistently rude staff. I understand that restaurants are sometimes busy but you're in customer service. Dobetter. Read more
I went here tonight and had to wait an hour to get my food. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I walked in to... see a manager on brink of a nervous meltdown with angry customers over chicken. At this point my brain started to get rattled.Was I mildly inconvenienced? Yes. Was I going to let some fried chicken ruin my night? No. I told the staff chicken wasn'tworth crying over. We had a DoorDash to pick up and there was only 1 manager and a couple trainees. That manger had only been a manager for 4 days... and they left her there by herself. They were backed up and people were rude to her, but she absolutely killed it! I didn?t gether name but I want her and everyone else to know they shouldn?t have left her like that! Ordered a famous bowl, and a 4 piece tender combo. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes for new biscuits to be ready, and... finally came out about 25 minutes later. A mumbling employee told us he didn?t know what was in the bag and that they have beenslammed. Only 2 cars came through their drive through line while we were waiting. We finally get home and the famous bowl iscold, and the tenders turned into entire pieces of fried chicken. Wish I could?ve saved my money from this pathetic place. Read more
Id give you zero stars if I could. I get being short staffed and blah blah blah. But you weren't. You had two people on break/or... lunch during the lunch rush!! You acknowledged that I was standing there but you never took my order after waiting for severalminutes.. You only had one car in the drive and no other customers in the restaurant so you weren't busy. As someone that onlyhas thirty minutes to drive across town, pick up food or dine in and then drive back, I don't have time to wait at an emptyrestaurant. Read more
