Ordered food through door dash of $40 and they gave to the wrong customer, which got a free meal and refused to re-make our... order. Wasting the dashers time and gas, not at all satisfying customer service and or trusting of their service. Read more
Place sucks, Aunt placed order wanted it delivered, (she was in ER all day) it sounded good to her. Well they said they don't... have delivering service, so her and my mom went by to pick up order, well half the order was not received, her part was not even there. So my mom came home got me( just home from long day at work) we went back to get Aunts food, they made it fresh,biscuits were hard as normal. No sorry or reimbursement for the inconvenience. Been on hold with customer service. For almost 1hour now got set to voice mail. Had to leave voice mail... so wait and see. Read more

The place was disgustingly dirty. Food all over the floor. The buffet looked like it had been there all day, food scattered... everywhere. KFC is probably the most uneven, inconsistent national chain I know of. Those that enjoy this location would probably loose... their minds at a well run KFC. In the land of Tyson it baffles me why they don?t seem to understand how to correctly fry the KFCway. The chicken visibly looks off and taste like grocery store chicken. Surprisingly the Cheeto?s sandwich was better thanexpected and I?d choose it over the chicken if I had to eat here again. However I won?t be returning anytime soon. Read more
Giving 1star but I wanted to give something less than that if possible. Today I bought 8 piece bucket crispy chicken for Togo... and they were awful. They were over cooked/fried/roasted and they tasted bitter and were dark brown in color and not somethingthat I know of how kfc chicken looks and tastes like. Also inside each piece of chicken near the bones we have seen some whitesquishy substance which looked like some fried batter or something and definitely not chicken, again which I never saw it beforein any other kfc I visited. We thought to go back to the store and return them but also thought not to visit them again not evento return their awful food. I should have seen other?s reviews before I visited but I missed it and had this bad experience.Beware, there are lot of other stores nearby where you could get a better food for your money. Read more
