So a little less pizza related but more customer service and doing the right thing related. Pulled into the parking lot after... blowing a tire. Before I could get out and call anyone the ?pit crew - Don and his sidekick ? were there to assist me withchanging the tire. Never take for granite the selfless good deed someone does for you out of the blue. Taking the time to dothe right thing and helping someone is what matters. Quality food for a great family meal. $7.99 for a 3 topping large pizza. That's pretty impressive. I like the thin crust and the... hand tossed. I prefer the garlic or alfredo base over the tomato sauce. So it's nice to have options. Plus the cinnamon twists &garlic knots are delish. Both extra buttery! Plus the new dippers were a hit. Ordered 2 simple pizzas and cheesy bread for carry out. Went to pick it up, and upon looking at it my husband and I realized it... was burnt. My husband brought the concern up with the manager, Carson, and Carson then argued with my husband and very rudelyexclaimed that it wasn?t burnt(when it very clearly was) and stated if he remade it, it would be the exact same. This is not thefirst time we have had issues with customer service and burnt pizzas at this location. I could not believe this employee was themanager and was arguing the very obvious fact that our pizzas were burnt.
