Reviews for Burger King in Bentonville, AK
Ordering through the app is an issue, does not seem their app connects seamlessly with the restaurant, however one of the... employees Tina has an amazing attitude and excellent customer service skills. She stands out, talk about customer skills. Fromthe arrival to the restaurant, to leaving, she was always attentive with every customer. I felt I was at chick-fil-a but insteroids. She made the food and experience so much better!!! Thank you Tia Read more
I have always gotten good service through this Burger King, but lately it's as if they don't care about the customer experience... at all. I went through the drive thru this last time and ordered a whopper jr w/cheese and asked for onions only. I was chargedfor a whopper jr w/ cheese. After paying for my food, I went home and found I had been given a regular cheese burger and it wascold. THEY CHEATED ME OUT IF A DOLLAR!!! I know, you're going to say it's only a dollar. But in this economy, a dollar is a lotof money. When I called, the girl on the phone said she was sorry. No offer to refund the difference. No offer of anothercorrect sandwich. Nothing. I had a business call come in and had to get off the phone. When I went to call back, the phone wasoff the hook. I'll probably never go back. Read more
I ordered breakfast through the app and was not informed until I got to the restaurant that they don't start making the order... until I arrive at the restaurant. Apparently since we got there four minutes after breakfast ended, they couldn't make our ordereven though I placed it almost thirty minutes before that. They told me to "go through the app" to get a refund, but didn'ttell me how to do it or any other key info. I filed a complaint through the app and never got a response or a refund. So yeah, not gonna be coming here again. Read more
The sad thing is that during the pandemic, when the only choice for eating out was fast food windows, this Burger King was our... go-to place. The people were friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and it was good. Twice now I've been given barely civilservice, and today was the worst. Starting with an almost rude man at the window. No receipt given. I got a fish sandwich, andas a bonus - a long, blonde hair in my mouth. I spit it out and after a bit called the manager. I asked her for her name, butI couldn't understand what she was saying. I told her about the hair, and she was instantly defensive. She asked if I wanted arefund, and I said no, I just wanted to let you know that someone is not wearing their hat or have their hair up or something. She cut me off to tell me she "ALWAYS" makes sure they're wearing their hats. Obviously not, or I wouldn't have been servedblonde hair. Not once, at any time in the call, did she say she was sorry, she knows that's unpleasant - it was all aboutdefending her people. I'm over this. I haven't been to the McDonalds on Walton for nearly two years - a roach in the frenchfries took care of that. Now I will add this place to my never-visit list. I get it - it's hard work. But I work hard too. And for many, many years our food service places understood that the idea was to offer good service with good food. Now we'resupposed to feel lucky if we get everything we ordered and not complain if we don't. Because then you're a Karen. I don't wantto rant and scream at them, but from now on - when places fail to deliver good service (hello, Natural Muse) or good food(Burger King - hair is not good), I won't go back. That's how I'll complain silently, but effectively for me. Read more
I understand it was a slow Sunday afternoon. I also understand you probably hate your job but I?m willing to bet you work hard... or at least think you do. Now, when you cash your paycheck, I?m sure you?re like 90% of Americans, you don?t think it?s enoughbut you a little sense of pride knowing you worked for that money. That?s your money. You don?t wanna throw it away right? Whyis it ok to throw away my money? I ordered a Dbl Whopper with NO JALAPEÑOS and NO MUSTARD. The girl taking the order heard itbecause it was listed as such on the screen. Can the cook not read? Cause even if he was deaf and didn?t hear it surely hecould?ve read it. The only explanation would be, the person on the broiler is deaf and blind. And that my friends opens a newround of questions. Venture to guess what my first bite was when I opened my sandwich when I got home? Get it together Read more
I have a long love / hate relationship with BK. The Whooper is a good fast food burger and has remained consistent for years. On... the flip side the onion rings have also reminded consistently the worst not even using ?rings? of onion but chopped pieces. Myvisit to this location was fairly disappointing. The tacos are ok for $1 but confusing since they already have the ingredientsto improve them. The toppings consist of lettuce and cheese, that?s it, and extremely skimpy at that. The taste mimics thosefrozen mini-tacos you find at the grocery store but with a crispy shell. The dining room was a mess in dire need of the tablesand floors being cleaned. The counter person could use some training on customer interaction but the food came out fast. Read more
