First time at King Burrito and I have to say - I?m impressed! The menu is simple but the food anything but. The line out to the... street should tell you how great it. I usually order online and go pick up. Today I noticed on their online website they were doing taco Tuesday and the tacos were... $1. When I go pick up the guy at the counter asked what why I ordered the tacos, he said that's not right. He acted like it wasmy fault I was able to order from their website $1 tacos. He was extremely rude about the whole thing. I did get a refund, butthe rudeness was unacceptable. I actually really like the food and their Horchata is the best. Read more

The food is decent here, but tonight I placed my order at 7:48 and didn't get my food until after 8:30. I watch someone walk in... 5 minutes after I did, order at the counter, and still get their food before me. Read more

DON'T GET THE TACO SALAD! First and last time at King Burrito. Today I went through the drive thru at lunch. There was 1 car in... front of me and they pulled away as soon as I got to the window. First, it took 5-10 minutes to get my order at the window. AllI ordered was a taco salad. There is a sign on the window to check your order - and you have 60 minutes to bring it back withall food and receipt. So I checked mine when they handed it out. I was shocked by how little was in my salad that was over $9.Literally I think one taco would have had more lettuce on it. On a 1-10 scale - ranking Amount of Lettuce on Salad 1 Taste6 Time in drive thru 1 Friendliness of staff 3 Amount of Beans 10 (but this isn't a good thing - maybe if I ordered a beanburrito) Amount of Cheese 1 Bad experience, I think I will stick with Taco Casa in Rogers for Taco Salad Craving days. The worst experience I've had. Everytime I go too King Burrito I get a chile relleno with shredded chicken topped with white... queso. Both times that have screwed up and they cope and attitude when they are confronted about it. Today 6/23/22 was the laststraw for me. Cut the burrito in half thinking maybe the relleno is tucked in really good, nope just a damn pepper, if I wanteda pepper I would've made my own burrito at home. This location will not be getting my business ever again. What happened tooALWAYS making sure your customers are leaving happy and coming back. The hospitality is not there. Management is a joke. Was in town for a bike and camping event and realized that I had not yet eaten on the day. On my way to the campground I thought... a burrito would make for a fine meal and King was nearby. Drive through employees were very friendly/easy to work with, and Iloved the expansive protein options. Getting to the campsite and I realized that this burrito is 1) massive, and 2) notsomething I could pick up or hold in one hand. Definitely more of a fork and knife /sit down style.
